Rick Hashop Realtime Renovators Contractor ripped off elderly woman on her home. Taken for > 20K Alvin Texas
Hired Rick Hashop of Alvin to build on new addition to our home for my elderly 83 year old mother. Contract signed for 3 draws during various stages of construction. During construction as time went on work began to slow down. Contractor did not supervise work. After 3rd draw to complete job was given work became standstill Contractor states was getting loan to complete our home. Never happened. Still incomplete and has been a year. We have over 20k in work left to complete.
