Ok, I the d**e Crystal Beckwith have sat back and only laughed at what has been written regarding this matter. But at this point the former employees of Ricoh: Judy Hagerman, and Candis Lopez need to grow up. Its been two years since you two and a few others attempted to take a medical leave from this company and were denied. Your allegations are revolting. I don't know of any company that would put up with the issues that you have continuously stated regarding myself or any others and we continue to have jobs. Yes I have just celebrated my 4th year with Ricoh, and as well been promoted to another team with a great many more responsibilities. And no I do not and never will explain my reasoning behind having a college degree and work for this company, checked on the economy lately...you might want to. So as for my lying on a time sheet, really what proof do you have of this???? Do you really know exactly how much money i was making? Were you illegally looking at my private information? If so who is the true criminal here. And the so-called sexual harassment, a picture of my friends and I hanging out, we were fully clothed there was nothing remotely dirty with that picture. But what I find is the fact that you have to result to name calling against the few homosexuals that work here, and yes I say few. From what i have read it all seems to result from a hatred and discrimination of your own. Now using the fact that im sitting at my desk and using drugs and that im a cutter, yeah that is pretty low. And I really will not let my anger regarding these disgusting words override at this point. Just know I will be contacting a lawyer myself, its called defamation of character. This name calling needs to stop, its childish. You have not won anything accept to prove that you still hold a grudge over your own incompetence. Many of us tried training you and it was like pulling teeth with a pair of pliers, you couldn't get it. So how can you sit here and say the company is running bad business when you could not understand how the processes worked. Granted yes Ricoh has gone through some growing pains but we continue to work hard to improve all that we do.
Your words against Amanda and Kim, Im sorry you cannot see past your own self to see what hateful things that you are saying. Do you realize at this point it has gone past the point of talking about a company and now just trashing certain people..I am in awe of the fact this web site allows this.
At least find fact in what your saying no you did not win anything, people did not lose their jobs because of you, but you wouldn't know that because you left.
This is what i consider harassment, along with the emails sent out to many of my fellow employees with you making these same statements, all i can say is this is sick and disgusting behavior coming from a grown woman that could not handle the job responsibilities that were given to her, so instead of looking at yourself you choose to point the finger of blame to everyone else. Just know this, you didnt win, and all i see is a sad pathetic woman that has some serious issues with sexual orientation.

"woman" worked at KFC while attending High School. "Woman" has 60college credit hours. Woman graduated from High School with 3.4 average.
"woman" never said "ain't"."woman"made 38k, rebuttal whitetrash made 12.00 an hr, wore cheap tight clothes,was overweight and did not even graduate from High school. She claims she got a GED.
Crystal, the dike, that claimed she had a college degree, (why would she be working at Ricoh in a position that did not require a college degree? I made more money than she. Also, she was a cutter, she cut herself, she snorted coke at her desk and several employees are witness to this fact.
There were 5 gay people. Hornbeck,gay guy, beckwith,Trina and Troll. I have no problemwith gay people, Trina got feed up with the drama and quit.
After I quit and sent a massive email to all the employees, after I emailed the CEO......about the A/R mgrs cruel tactics and the informed him about an employee, that was in fact her step daughter, which she denied ....Well HOLLA! She got canned. She had worked for Ricoh nearly 15 yrs. I prevailed. So f you.

The woman that did this report is a fraud... When she started with this company she knew nothing and Crystal had to break things down to a 5th grade level for her to understand it. Her pior work experiance was working for KFC compaired to Crystal's college degree. As far as everyone being GAY that's a lie. There is only 3 gay people that work there and I know personally that there are more than 3 people working there. Also why is it ok for a man and women to be able to talk about having sex but it's not ok for a gay women/men to talk about it? So it wouldn't be that she doesn't like people to talk about what they did the night before...it's more she didn't like the "GAY" factor. So that would be discrimation on the gays that work there. Then there's the cheating on the time card.... How in the world would she know if someone is doing that only the MANAGER see's the time cards. So that either means she's lieing or she's is sneaking and looking (which is against the law too). I thought when you have a job it's your duty to WORK not watch other people. Maybe if this women would have did her job instead of watching what everyone else was doing she may have gotten somewhere. So to this women I say... GET A LIFE and stay out of everyone else's!!!! If anyone believes this women over the people that STILL work there then so be it.

I am a ex employee of this company and they are the worst. They double bill companies and the billing is horrible. In the Irving CSC center they are all lesbians and drug heads. The supervisor Brenda is a druggie along with several of the AR coordinators as well. They show favortism and if you are not gay then you dont stand a chance of being there long. This company needs to take a long hard look at its management staff
