Ride Gear (RideGear.com) Non-delivery of motorcycle gloves ordered, no refund when requested, no e-mails or calls answered. Santa Cruz, California
On 26 March I ordered some motorcycle gloves from RideGear.com for $64.75. A month later they still weren't received. At least 10 e-mails went unanswered, and calls to the help line were cut off before I could leave messages. On 23 April I filed a complaint with PayPal, and they found in my favor, but were unable to get my money back. Three months later and I still have neither gloves nor refund.
