Was sold a 2007 Volvo SUV which was represented as pristine and having just completed 100,000 mile service. Because it was not titled in Virginia I took it immediately after purchase for Virginia state inspection and was advised by the dealership that no such service was ever performed as the vehicle had its original fuel filter, was not in good repair as described and required a more than 5,000 dollar repair to be safe and servicable.
