Ridgewood Village Apartments They are liars!! Saint Peters Missouri
After only living here a month... We hate it!! We were promised that we had an updated apartment, Cara will even take you to the little kitchen area in the clubhouse and tell you that is what all the kitchens look like now. (If the clubhouse is a selling point for you, don't bother. It's only open during office hours so if you work a day job you won't be able to use it.) She will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you in there. You don't get to see an apartment until you move in other than a few pictures they show you on the internet. Well our kitchen has all 1980's stuff in it. The oven and the microwave oven are both cracked and look horrible. Also you pay extra rent for pest control, we have ants and the other day we saw a roach. Disgusting!! Screen door and closet doors are falling off. The bathroom sink has rust in it and they are supposed to replace it but still haven't heard anything after telling them 3 times already. The AC runs continuously, no insulation at all. Deposit was more than we were told. The only thing they have going for them is the location and the indoor pool and Jacuzzi. The people that work out in the gym come over and jump right in the Jacuzzi without rinsing off in the showers. I asked them to put a sign up about that but still don't see one. That is nasty! The people, all of them in the office, are very rude and not helpful at all. I would not recommend this place at all!!!
