I am the proud owner of a new Ridley trike. I have had a few little problems with the trike, but at no time has the Ridley Company let me down. I have had long conversations with Clay himself as well as other members of the Company. I had a starting problem at Myrtle Beach and Tim came to my rescue. They worked on my trike to solve the problem. I have bought new cars and spent much more money and did not get taken care of like the Ridley guys took care of me. You can have problems with anything new, but Clay Ridley stands behind his product. I am very proud to have met him and the guys as well as other owners who are more than happy with their bikes. Sorry you had a problem but you should give it a chance to get worked out because it is worth it.
