RipRoarMedia Toy Quest Rip Roar Media is Rip Off Media Los Angeles, California
Got their Creation Station video package, including camera and software. Tried to install the camera software on two different computers. Wasn't recognized by Windows and would not install.
So, I sent an email address to the address provided in their installation literature as well as on their website. And the emails are kicked back--invalid address. There's no other way to get in touch with these folks.
I knew I was in trouble when I first went to their website: right on the welcome screen is a link to "Having Installation Problems."
This is a $99.99 package marked down to $50. And not worth a penny.
