I know that it has been several years ago, but I would like an opportunity in making good on this complaint. I am the new GM and partner of Risk Reactor and I am wanting to "MAKE THIS RIGHT".
I am not sure what the whole problem was but I assure you that our Customer Service agents are well trianed on how to take care of our clients.
