Seriously this is insane, file a complaint with the State Wage and Labor Board and the insurance commissioner. It's truly a shame when a large corporation like this taking advantage of their employees. God Bless you for leaving and finding a better job.
I don't shop at this Rite Aid anymore and let me explain why. I went in one day to pick up my Mother's prescriptions and was sold someone's else medicines. I didn't notice until I got home and had to make another trip to the store to return them. Tammy the pharmacy cashier was talking fast and acting like she was trying to cover what she had done. She had to page the store manager Crissy SEVERAL times to come help her do the return, so I could purchase the right medicine. It was an expensive purchase and I didn't have my wellness card with me, normally they ask for my phone number but Tammy got hers and scanned it. I didn't think about it at the time but that purchase wouldn't go to my purchasing level balance. They should have a policy in place to protect the customers from employee scams. My $300.00 dollar purchase went on her card and gives her a better discount. I called the 1-800-riteaid number and got no results.
They did have a few good people working there, that were always helpful and friendly but they had disappeared. When I asked about them, I was told they were on vacation or personal leave. I later found out they had been fired for something so stupid it made my head spin.
To sum it all up: I got lied to, inconvenienced, scammed, and treated bad by rude employees that are still employed there.
Thank God there are 2 other pharmacies in town that I could pick from, and I will never set foot in Rite Aid again!

I have recently stopped shopping at this Rite Aid. There is never a cashier behind the front counter and I would have to wave to the pharmacy staff so they could page someone to ring me up. The cashier was rude and acted mad that she had to come help me. The sale price didn't ring up correctly so the cashier had to page the store manager, who had the same bad attitude and was rolling her eyes. She had to stop texting on her cell phone to put in her override code then walked off while huffing and puffing. Lazy seems to describe her to a tee. The people in line behind me said she is always like that. Oh yeah so glad the community feels my pain!! Get a clue Rite Aid!! Your employees are following your managers lead. She sucks, they suck and you suck as a Company!
Don't know how they stay in business but I guess stealing from their employees makes it possible.
