Riva Terra Apartments Subsidiary of Equity Residential Added a fraudulent charge, refused to repay security deposit Redwood City California
I have leased this property for two years. At the end of the fully paid lease they have added an extra week to the lease term after I moved out, charged me with Early Termination penalty and refused to repay my security deposit. When i confronted them with the document that confirmed real lease termination date they stopped all communication with me and sent the account to the collecting agency.
