Im Disabled on SSD, have PTSD, Autism, Reading Impaired, equilibrium stability, and need meds. I bought a 2004 Mitsubishi because my plow was extreme stress work rivalry I rebuilt the front four wheel drive axle on my Ram 1500, put in new universals, tie rods brakes, and a new waranted transmission. This man told me he would give me $2000.00 For a Plow and truck worth more than $3000.00 It turned out he listed a down payment of $1200.00 plus a cash downpayment, plus fees. Reading his finance agreements and charges, this man took my truck for free, sold me a junk vehicle with 999,999 miles for $14,000 dollars.

My check was delayed from the first of the month , reason unauthorised discussions concerning my income with a relative I don"t live with. made false remarks, told officials I wont pay my bills and someone else should. This caused a resolution of constituency, that I contested, appealed, It was postponed for review, which held my bennifit check, because of the beggining of a new year. My check arrived on the nineteenth. The finance company argued from the beggining, they were asked to take the payments on the first of the month, or the third day of the month, no other. They argued the dates from the first negotiation, last conversation they claimed the payment due is on the eight day of the month. From the eight day of January to the nineteenth is only eleven days late.

The called OnStar disabled my vehicle on the sevententh day and repossessed it, only eleven days late. I called the dealer, I called my towing service, paid to tow it there, it took five hours for two different tow trucks called by G.E.I.C.O roadside assistance, I told the dealer it was coming, received a ticket by Buffalo Parking Authority, because it wasn't moved across the street at eight, P.M. which was the exact time i called the dealer, and insured towing roadside assistance. I told the repossesion people I could pay double the past due $340.00 late payment, she said she wanted an additional $250.00, plus possession strorage removal of $50.00, She called me right back, and told me My car was going to Akron New York, to be auctioned immediately, tonight, no negotiation was tolerated. I want to file suit.
