Riverside motors sold a car with extended powertrain warantee to me aug.3,2010 for $6850.00 The cars air conditioner broke twice and the battery connector cable broke in the first week. The auto technician made me aware my transmission was shot during the first month.Routine maintenance couldn't be done on the c ar as it was in too bad condition. A flatbed tow to a transmission specialist verified that my transmission was shot. Riverside motorsllc. holds the warantee so they towed the car to their garage choice for a transmission rebuild.I forgot to mention they ignored me for six weeks until I refused to pay my weekly loan. When I refused to pay and called the Attorney General of Conn and Dept of motor vehicle they rebuilt the tranny. I resumed my payments immediately. I got the car back on Dec 1,2010 ,on Dec10,2010 oil was pumping out the bottom of the car -again it was towed. The engine is blown and possibly the transmission again.Today is Dec.21,2010 I still have no car .Riverside sold a car unfit for the road ,inoperable, and do not hesitate to take the customers money then ignore the once valuable customer.

Riverside Motorcars LLC. that sold the Well known vehicle "THE CAR THAT TRAVELS BY FLATBED" has now moved to 2148 South Main Street Waterbury ,Conn. previously of Beacon Falls Conn. Consumers need to check out past customer reviews before you buy- be smart look up complaint history on the car dealer ,their bank, and the warrantee company.DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! The bank and the warrantee company are worthless , the products are no good. Your new car just got delivered to your dealers lot fresh from the auction reject lot-and ready for you to buy.ONCE YOU BUY IT YOU OWN IT-you will be lucky to make it out of the driveway.

Riverside Motor cars LLC Beacon Falls Conn.- February 3, 2011 6 months anniversary for the car that travels by flatbed only .The car they sold me had a blown transmission then a blown engine. These people are licensed robbers

On 1-10-11 ,it was confirmed that the dodge neon now has a blown engine following Riverside motorcars having the transmission rebuilt.For some reason their mechanic didn't include a rear main seal when they removed and reinstalled the transmission. Its now 1-20-11 the car only travels by flatbed still.The warrantee company seems to be throwing in the towel-the repairs needed for an engine and possibly transmission exceed what a warrantee will cover.On 1-17-11 Riverside is considering replacing my totaled car with a working car of equal value.Since the car hasnn't functioned for 5 of the six months I've owned it this seems to be the best resolution.On 1-19-11 Riverside motors calls me- they have changed their minds.Now they want to get junkyard parts to put in it,with no warrantee.This is no longer acceptable.Funny as the bank called me as I didnt pay for the car for a weekly installment- I again Explained that I haven't had a working car since Sept 2010. So again, I'm being ignored and the car remains as Riverside Motor cars the car that travels by flatbed.Every couple days I have to notify Dmv of the change of plans made by Riverside as they change their position constantly and when I call to speak to the two owners they are not there.Obviously, I cant continue to pay for a car that has never functioned for more than a couple days at a time-so I guess the master plan is to ruin my credit , take the car back, put a junkyard drivetrain in it, and try to sell it to you. Beware -if it shows up on the Riverside sales lot the motor and tranny are not original.Buyer beware!!!

It is January 8,2011,the Dodge neon I purchased from Riverside Motorcars llc.in Beacon Falls connecticut remains in a garage non functionable.Christmas gifts are waiting to be delivered from 2010.The car has now earned the title from local residents here of being the car that travels by flatbed.
