riverstone residential definitely ripped off by fraudulent management practices Internet, tualatin Oregon
management at riverstone residential and their stonersthrow complex in tualatin is adhering to fraudulent business practices. asking renters who are moving out to pay fees for the incoming tenants and changing move out dates to suit their needs so they can fill their apartments to the brim! This company does not abide by their written documentation they give you a few days before move out. You will receive a very different bill a few weeks after move out. Upon complaint to their corporate offices you will be told they have no greivance process and that you should seek an attorney. I asked for their legal department and was told again to seek legal counsel. (obviously they were offended I would ask)
Consequently, as a further note, these apartments are mold riddled and also have ants. you have to keep a clorox and water solution handy as per their maintenance man instructions, and spray the mold when you see it. A very unhealthy environment run by very unhealthy people.
