Rivertown Buick GMC Drivers Seat repair Columbus Georgia
Took my 2016 Buick La Croose into the dealship to have the drivers side seat repaired under Warranty. I was told by the rude service manager that they could not fix my drivers side seat under warranty because it had not stopped working and was not making any odd sounds. I told the service manager the seat made a loud pop and i found loss ball bearing under it. He said even though parts have fallen off the seat as long as it works they will not fix it under warranty. If i want to pay to have it repaired i could. I dont see how the can say that when it is clearly broken when ball bearing are falling out of it..Unless the manfacturer just put extra parts in there just to fall out..The seat is clearly broken and needs to be fix under warranty.
