When formulating final touches to home Never mentioned hook up of electric was Not included in purchase price, neither was add'l chg. (thousands$) for what he supposedly allotted in basic contract for septic system installation. He did original Perk test approx April,dry soil Perk test done in Sept.--prelim. to septic inst.--Soaked soil ie Longer leach field @ OUR EXPENSE. Wall over fireplace was to be reinforced to support LCD widescreen TV, not done. Phone recepticles inst. in wrong rooms, Counter top @ end of kitchen cupboards was supposed to be at same height as center island, nope! Took over 6 wks for him to send a crew to fill ditch dug to run plumbing from well to home. Even resisted tighting tie down straps code enforcer required as part of approval.
