RMR Construction, Inc. John "Mac" McCrory Misrepresentation Internet
I am one of many sales personnel that worked for RMR Construction. Also known as Eagle
Enterprises, Inc. Why so many company names? Its a way to avoid the legal
process and responsibility in my opinion. I was a sales employee for this company. The ownerJohn Mac McCrory. represented himself as a Stand Up professional. I believed him. A military veteran. Wounded in Iraq, and wanted to build a business that reflected his dedication to the success of his business and this country. To my disappointment, even those that have served can also be scam artists. In the roofing industry, there are many that perpetrate scams on the customer, as well as their own employees.
Mr. McCrory is in my opinion one of these. Over the last two months, all seven but one of his sales staff have resigned. He has openly said that if we resign, he will terminate our employment contracts and refuse to pay us our commissions due for the more than forty jobs we have sold for him. I am under new employment in the industry and to my dismay understand that this is common practice of the scam artists to starve out the sales personnel until they resign, then, recover any commissions due to the sales force for themselves. If he is willing to do this to his own employees, what will he do to you as a customer??????? My advice is to stay away from RMR Construction, Eagle Enterprises, and do an internet search to verify that you are not doing business with this man. He seems to change Company names frequently. I am a single dad that cant afford the loss I have suffered as a result of this relationship. RMR Construction is indebted to me for more than $20,000.00 for sales I completed for them. I was instructed to wear their uniform, attend Monday morning meetings at 10 A.M., directed to conduct my sales activities in specific areas, complete various reporting forms and paid out of my own pocket to accomplish this for the betterment of RMR Construction. To date, I havent recovered even expenses. Moreover, RMR has contacted all the customers that I signed for business and informed them to have no further communication with me. My relationships with my customers have been violated, the customers are confused, I have had many calls from them, and feel
badly that I have brought them into this scenario.

Craig Alspaugh,ALSPAUGH ENTERPRISES LLC, of 8748 w 46th ave. Wheatridge CO 80033 is an untrustworthy coward, who when his feelings are hurt will launch a supposed anonymous smear on the internet using the name Tony, INSTEAD OF THE NAME WE KNOW HIM BY WHICH IS ANTHONY CRAIG ALSPAUGH, AKA ALSPAUGH ENTERPRISES LLC against a known and respected businessman, with a track record of excellence in Colorado, bar none. This business being besmirched is in fact a licensed General Contractor and a legal Colorado Corporation with a GOLD STAR BBB rating.
A Craig Alspaugh entered into contract with our firm to provide services as an independent contractor and was never an employee.
A Craig Alspaugh stated that he would not listen to the Sales Manager at our firm because she was a woman and he dont "take orders from no d**n woman".He stated that it brought up angry feelings about his ex wife.
A Craig Alspaugh AKA Alspaugh Enterprises LLC. failed to truthfully disclose his background when he signed his subcontractor agreement, which is available online at http://cbi.state.co.us/ .upon our discovery of this he could no longer be trusted to represent us.

Craig Alspaugh , AKA Craig Alspaugh, AKA Anthony Craig Alspaugh, AKA Tony Alspaugh, AKA Anthony Alspaugh,AKA Anthony C Alspaugh, AKA Alspaugh Enterprises LLC. presents himself as a competent roofing estimator and construction consultant of which he was neither. Anthony Craig Alspaugh is lacking in basic math skills and is unable to provide a correct roofing estimate or material takeoff. A Craig Alspaugh's knowledge of building codes and construction techniques were sorely lacking and unacceptable. A Craig Alspaugh is lacking the financial stability to operate as an independent contractor in the roofing business and this makes him dangerous, reckless and desperate. In short he is not financially able nor does he have the self driven work ethic to work as a subcontractor on commission and should seek out employment where he will recieve a weekly paycheck for wages
Craig Alspaugh is always complaining about having to live hand to mouth and yet he financially supports another man who lives with him.
At the company he previously worked for Craig Alspaugh was constantly broke. When he SIGNED HIS SUB CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT TO WORK WITH US, he was broke.If the past is truly an indicator of the future, Im certain he will always be broke wherever he winds up.
The amount of money he states he is due incorrect by far. He will be paid the correct commission as stated in the contract he signed. But only after the company is paid in full so the correct commission can be calculated, and not before as he constantly demanded.
All company customers have been informed that A Craig Alspaugh's contract with the company has been terminated. He no longer is authorized to represent us and that they are not to provide him with insurance documents and he is no longer entrusted to handle money. Craig Alspaugh commited an unethical breach against a fellow roofing salesman, by intentionally stealing his business,Has threatened to SELL our customers contracts to other contractors, as well as taking customer insurance documents, and attempting to pick up payment checks from customers with the intent of holding them hostage and putting their jobs in limbo until he gets his way.
Im at a loss for this smear perpetrated by Craig Alspaugh against myself and the company. After I have seen to it on numerous occassions when he cried about being broke, that he recieved a draw even when he wasnt entitled to it. I would have preferred a thank you, but that is not Anthony Craig Alspaughs style.
Craig Alspaugh is in breach of contract with the company as he has refused to return company files, paperwork and property.
Perhaps A Craig Alspaugh could have been more sucessful in this business if it werent for the fact that when he would ocassionally decide to get up and actually go to work that he was always wearing dirty clothes with spilt beer stains, was hungover, unshaven smelling of cigarettes and stale beer with bloodshot eyes. Any one who knows him will have to agree that this is a fact.
In short Craig Alspaugh is a slick talker storm chaser drunk who knows nothing about roofing yet still gets people to sign on the dotted line and contractors to offer him a subcontractors position. He has been tested at our company and found to be sorely lacking. We dont recommend that he use us as a reference.
