Mrs. Ortiz owner of RMW Mobile Home movers , placed an order with my company for event tickets to a show at the toyota center in Houston, Texas she ordered them on 05/28/08 and she recv the tickets to the event she requested 06/10/08 via Federal Express to a location on Neiman rd, signed for by B WETZ. (maybe an employee of hers not sure) 5 months after she attended the concert she sent a chargeback via her american express and claimed FRAUD on her account. I called her after Huricane Ike blew thru Houston and asked her , if she recv her tickets and if she attended the show, she said she did attend the show with no problems, I then preceded to tell her we recv a chargeback of the total amt . She said it was a mistake and she would clear it up Monday after she arrived back into town. She never called me nor her credit card company !!!
I have emailed and called several times and she prceeds to pick up the phone and hang up on me and or sends all my calls to voicemail where I have left several messages . Her email address is ORTIZONFAITH and that is really misleading especially since she is also a business owner like myself. For Mrs Ortiz to lie, cheat and basically STEAL is a crime and I wouldnt want her to have the chance to move my MOBILE HOME under her supervision PLEASE BEWARE OF MRS ORTIZ AND THIS COMPANY

In correspondense to the abover report there are sevral facts that are incorrect and very misleading. First, I am Tamara Ortiz, who did in fact order event tickets to only receive credit card statment and realize i was double charged. I did infact, go to the event with my husband, having an outstanding time. I realized the double charge several months later, after it was already paid, and American Express researched and investigated and agreed that it was a duplicate charge therefore a chargeback was submitted. This is first lesson to not buy anything from these small discounted ticket sales distributors. 2nd, I am not the owner of RMW Mobile Home Movers, Inc. I am only an employee here, and purchasing tickets has nothing to do with have a mobilehome moved and installed by a company of 24years. RMW would not still be in business that many years ripping people off. The tickets were shipped to another business due to our rural address is very hard to find, therefore the person who signed for the tickets is not even close to being employed by RMW. Before you feel the need to make a statment about being ripped off, please first know your facts, 2nd lets stat the truth here. You ripped me off, by not getting away with charging me twice.
