In correspondense to the abover report there are sevral facts that are incorrect and very misleading. First, I am Tamara Ortiz, who did in fact order event tickets to only receive credit card statment and realize i was double charged. I did infact, go to the event with my husband, having an outstanding time. I realized the double charge several months later, after it was already paid, and American Express researched and investigated and agreed that it was a duplicate charge therefore a chargeback was submitted. This is first lesson to not buy anything from these small discounted ticket sales distributors. 2nd, I am not the owner of RMW Mobile Home Movers, Inc. I am only an employee here, and purchasing tickets has nothing to do with have a mobilehome moved and installed by a company of 24years. RMW would not still be in business that many years ripping people off. The tickets were shipped to another business due to our rural address is very hard to find, therefore the person who signed for the tickets is not even close to being employed by RMW. Before you feel the need to make a statment about being ripped off, please first know your facts, 2nd lets stat the truth here. You ripped me off, by not getting away with charging me twice.
