For quite some time now me, my disabled girlfriend and her disabled son have been getting harassed by neighbors that are conspiring with one another. We have security camera's which the sheriff told us to get to protect our selves and to monitor hateful things being done by neighbors. Then on 8-1-2013 the landlord came pounding on our door early in the morning.
When we got up out of bed and got dressed opened the door and went out side the landlord was yelling telling us all the nonsense had to stop that we had to take down our security camera's that the sheriff told us to put up to protect our selves. And yelling about things posted on the internet not concerning him or any of his buisness other then to take the one neighbors side Ruperts because he has their daughter as a facebook friend and went to school with her. Then ranting the mayor called him to complain as well, Since when is it the mayors buisness to interfere in disbutes with neighbors. And complaining other people not involved contacted him(Landlord) as well when they don't live around here or know anything about whats going on. We have video and audio on the Landlord and his father coming to our trailor where we live yelling and accusing on different issues,
Then we have different video and audio on both neighbors Robert Dominie and Gerald Rupert conspiring being hateful and ignorant to cause problems to intentionally do things to try and get us evicted from where we live causing emotional and mental abuse for my girlfriend who is already disabled from a head trauma injury and has her a emotional wreck with all the hateful wrong doing. Making fun of her learning to ride a bike again after her brain injury calling her Dorthy wizzard of oz. I'm so mad you could only image my thoughts on things i would love to do to get even but going to do things the right way and sue for wrongful mistreatment ect. Much more to say and hope for responses on my post to resolve our issue and make a point about mistreatment towards disabled ect.

Hatefulness with landlord... Making up excuse about camera's that have been up for quite some time as landlord seen them up two weeks previous and never said a word. As we told him they were put up because sheriffs told us to put up security camera's. Which landlord admits about camera's being up. Then try and blame his tenant for the wrong doing instead of doing his problem to deal with troubled neighbors which landlord was told about. Trying to involve the mayor and others bs same as things on computer none of the landlords business. And trying to say about moving into another place they have how they suggest that happen another person living there already.
Falsely accusing disabled boyfriend of adding things on the computer. Landlord and his Father saying what's on camera and audio when they know nothing and would look at video's and listen to audio. Cause issues for disabled woman who already has a traumatic brain injury, But yet you have no clue on what that details your to busy trying to blame her instead of dealing with hateful neighbors. The truth will be told and spread all over the internet.

I desprately need to find a lawyer for my disabled girlfriend and wrongful mistreatment and would like the news to read about this wrong doing and maybe do a cover story on all the nonsense and involvement with mayor and others.

My self and girlfriend disabled son and mother all have proof of lots of things that have been taking place where we live and plenty of video and audio showing neighbors conspiring to be hateful to make us have to move. Then one of our neighbors got the landlord to turn against us and do hateful things which we have on video and audio as well. Which we plan on going to the sheriffs monday to show the evidence we have recorded as the sheriffs suggested that we do.
There are other police reports on Robert Dominie for pushing my disabled girlfriend and other issues, The sheriff talked my girlfriend out of having Robert Dominie arrested telling her to collect other evidence then have him arrested being a brain injury victum she listened but issues have been ongoing ever since. If it was that easy to just move and we had the money we would do so but can't.
In any case going to the sheriffs to turn things in on the neighbors we have on video and audio and on the landlord as well which is also on video and falsely accousing of things said on the computer like thats any of the landlords business to begin with. And bs the landlord saying the mayor called him as well as other people contacting him which don't even live around here so not any of there buisness and surely not any of the mayors buisness to interfere just because she is a facebook friend with one of the neighbors give me a break.

If you have had to put up security cameras then MOVE!!! Get the hell out of there. Im sure there are plenty of other places you can move that would get you away from the ppl you seem to have a problem with. As for sueing them, you have to understand the legal system a bit to see why its not nesasary a good idea.
You will have to prove damages. Its obvious since your local police have not arrested them that they havent done anything actually criminal as of yet. This leaves you civil court. You are going to have to prove you were wronged and then show how you deserve money for damages. Yes America is the great sueing machine. Anyone with a thousand bucks can go after anyone else. Even if its frivolous suit. But when you are attempting to punish other ppl, you need to have good solid evidence to back up your suit. You cant just walk in and say "they were mean to me!" and expect the judge to give you money. You NEED proof. I know I have stressed this multiple times. I stress this because unlike a criminal case, if your suit is found to be invalide, the judge can and will rule that you have to pay the opposing counsels legal fees.
