I signed up for your program March 31st. I tried your plan for a week and was un-satisfied!!! I sent the following email.

Subject: Unsatisfied Customer!

I joined to try the 2 days on 1 day treat method and have a way to track what I eat, my progress and have help in meal planning. I am not satisfied! Substituting is too time consuming.

There are not enough whole grain options. I eat more complex carbs than are on your plan.

Not enough customization.

Not enough information about the logistics of the plan. This plan is for people who are less educated about health and wellness than myself.

The fact is that there is a lot of competition for my dieting dollar. Most web sites are much more user friendly than yours. Most all the information I found on your site I have already learned elsewhere. I would do better sitting down and making my own menu and save myself the $24 a month.

PLEASE CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AND GIVE ME A REFUND.

After sending the email I learned that I must call to cancel. So I called on my cell phone. The man on the phone listened but "said" he was unable to locate my account. He tried repeatedly to resell me on the program. Finally he gave up transfered me to cancelation department. The man that answered there could not "locate" my account and said he would take care of it and to check back. As you can see from the line from my Sprint bill I was on the phone for 17 minutes.

I already cancelled over the phone. Please email a confirmation of said fact.

Thank you,

I have received NO REPLY.

Then while balancing my checking account, I realized that not only had I received a refund but had been charged again.

I immediately called and the first person couldn't find my account AGAIN. This is where it begins to sound like a scam! All of my info in their computers was correct. So why couldn't they find it, TWICE? Then the began the resell AGAIN!!! They put me on hold for 6 minutes. He said he spoke to the "cancelation" department, and there was no record of my cancelation! Now the 30 day trial is OVER! CONVENIENT!!! I ended up raising my voice telling the guy "I WANT MY MONEY BACK". in the cancelation department?" 'YES'

Things got worse from there after several minutes of trying to be nice I finally had to interrupt her, again and again. Finally I said twice "DO YOU UNDERSTAND THAT I DO NOT WANT THE PROGRAM I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK" After a pause she said. "So do you want to talk to a supervisor" DUH.

The so called supervisor started out with "It's past the 30 day cancelation date" I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW FURIOUS I WAS AT THIS POINT. So I told her I could look at my Sprint bill to prove that I called and she put me on hold. When she came back she said they would refund my money .. IN UP TO 10 DAYS!

Well finally after 30+ minutes I was off the phone and getting my refund. But now i owe a THREE $35 overdraft fees on my checking account for a $17 dollars in purchases that bounced because of all this!!!

The program is a scam. The customer service is a scam. I AM MORE ANGRY THAN I CAN SAY!!! I will send this email every day until someone calls me to apologize.
