Everyone with a complaint against Robert Derthick or A & A Processing needs to contact the Federal Trade Commision at ftc.gov. They have won a $23.5 million dollar case against another company whose ilegal business practices match his completly. Check out their case against Certified Merchant Services ftc.gov/opa/2004/01/cmsjudgment.htm Also the companies Robert represents like Xenex can be reported to Visa and Mastercard because they are not making Robert Derthick follow Visa / Mastercard regulations as far as marketing and business practicess for an ISO (indepentent sales office). I used to work for Robert Derthick and A & A Processing, he needs to be put in jail. There are MANY merchnats / business owners who have been cheated by him.

First of all -- Nan is a disgruntled employee. Nan was employed here for approximately 7 months. Nan was sued by me for Breach of Contract for failure to comply with a Covenant Not To Compete and to Protect Company Trade Secrets which was signed by her upon hiring. I was victorious in this suit. When Nan left, she stole office supplies and also stole customers as well. She learned what she could from me and went out on her own and began her own business in processing. I find this ironic that she says I should be in jail now isn't that the pot calling the kettle black!! Short and sweet people who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones!!

It is amazing what an ex employee will say just to ruin someone's reputation. It is also amazing that she (Nan) signed a "Do Not Compete" document when hired -- yet towards the end of her employment, she ordered several hundred dollars worth of office equipment (to start her own business), convinced another employee to leave with her, and stole several files and customers of my employer. You are expected to believe what comes out of this ex-employees mouth -- ex employee (and most likely disgruntled) would be the operative term!!!! Nan was unproductive in her employment and then stole clients and files and then tried to ruin our reputation in order to profit from it. By exploiting and ruining the reputation of Mr. Derthick or his company, more customers/clients would "sign" with her thereby making her money. Mr. Derthick and A & A Processing have thousands of satisifed customers with absolutely no complaints whatsoever -- but then no one tells you that -- so I am. I truly believe these "upset" merchants simply have buyer's remorse and they are looking for any excuse and anyone else to blame for their own ignorance. #1 Rule of Thumb -- Read it before you sign it -- and don't agree to it on a voice recorded conversation - for if you do -- you have no one to blame but yourself!!!!"
