I found a puppy advertised on www.puppyfind.com as an AKC Registered Chihuahua, I 1st emailed to see if it was available, & I got an immediate response, & was told to call this # 325-255-3705, & I spoke to a Joe Cardini(actually Robert Gentil) & his family Yong Gentil, Suk Pak Scales N Tails,Int. & Downtown Pet Center Inc. 115 Myrtle Lane, phone# 386-239-0600) & he told me that the puppy I was interested in had just sold, but that he happened to have another one that was so small that they wanted to keep it, but he said he would ask his sisters & see if they would agree to sell it, & they said that they agreeded to sell him, but at a lot higher price than the one I had called about.

He instructed me to go to Western Union website right then & send an immediate payment thru them, so I did & was told that the total price was $1000,00 for the puppy & $175.00 for shipping. so I sent him the total of $1,175.00 thru Western Union, right then & he called me back as soon as he received the payment, I live in San Angelo, Tx. & the closest major airport was Dallas/Ft.Worth so we arranged for me to pick the puppy up on 7/21/04. The drive to Dallas is 4hrs from where I live. When I got to DFW airport, there was No puppy!!

Finally, I found the puppy for some reason was shipped to Houston. The Delta employees called all day trying to locate the Gentil Family or Joe Cardini & they would not answer. I finally got another flight for the puppy to come over from Houston to DFW & when he got there he was COD - which I had already paid for the S&H in the payment to Joe Cardini from Western Union. Delta told me that if I didn't pay the COD another ($175.00)that they would have to ship the puppy back to the sender (Joe) & then he would have the puppy & my money. The employee's at Delta said that this is probably what he was planning on happening, but I went ahead & had to pay the extra S&H charges & at least got the puppy. Although there were No AKC Registeration papers with the pet. I have contacted Joe Cardini, Yong Gentil by phone & emails for over 5 months, with promises of sending me my AKC Registeration papers, but they NEVER come. Now my emails have been blocked & they don't answer my phone calls. Joe even told me that he had the papers & to email him the next day to remind him, which I did, but have Never Received ANY response since then & that was a month ago.

Also, Joe sent several vulgar emails with cursing at me, & threats that if I didn't quit emailing him that he was a LAWYER & he would file slander against ME!! Ha, I would really like to know if he is a Lawyer/?? Anyone know. I told him I would continue to call & send email until I got my Registeration papers, I have tried everything to WARN people about these people, I even email his Veterian. If anyone knows how to put a stop to these people I would love to hear it.

Found these by doing a google search on the name Robert Gentil. Posted by: seekingsusan Tue Sep 6 06:18:46 2005 on petsupport: "I just wanted everyone to know that I was a victim of hurricane Katrina, My dog was seriously injured and a man name Robert Gentil from daytona beach helped me save my dog from dying, my dog was severely dehydrated and Robert Gentil had an IV with him and electrolytes. He was there helping people but especially their pets, he told me that he was a animal nutritionalist back in daytona beach. I owe him big for helping me save my dog and the other pets victim of Katrina. I have his email if anyone needs professional assistance with there pets [email protected] Thank you Robert Gentil whereever you are for helping my dog stay alive." Then I found: Posted by "SingleProudMom on 11/28/06" on terrificpets with the title "Robert Gentil is the Best" and it goes like this: I want to tell a sweet story about a man name Robert *. Im a single mother my husband was killed in Iraq, and my life was really falling apart. I was surfing the internet for a puppy but everything I found was so expensive, than I found Robert's * website and I figured what the heck I'll call him, he wanted to know a little about me and my family so I told him about how my life has been so empty since I lost my husband, than I said to him that I didnt have enough money to afford his puppies and he was very sweet, than we hung up the phone. 1 week later I get a knock on the door and its a guy holding a little Chihuahua puppy I was like who in the heck is at my door? It was Robert. I was like how did you know where I lived???? and it dawned on me that I filled out his puppy application online at his site and that is how he knew. He said to me with tears in his eyes that he lost his father when he was a little boy and was raised by his single mom and that he knew in his heart how sad I was. He told me as long as I loved his puppy as much as I love my little boy the puppy would be no charge. . ." Oh boo h*o, bring out the violins and tissues! Shame shame shame on you Mr. Gentil for lying about helping out Hurricane Katrina victims and Iraq War victims just so you can try to glorify yourself on the Internet. How much lower can you sink? Also found the this thread submitted by ProudMom on Mon Feb 20 23:39:36 2006 on doghobbyist: "I just wanted to mention a great breeder of chihuahua's his name is robert gentil. I contacted him about his puppies and he was really nice and informative. The puppy I got from him is really sweet, my vet said its the healthiest chihuahua puppy he has seen in a while, he said that most breeders dont de-flea them when in fact robert put frontline on my puppy and gave me some to take home. His Vet has 2 chihuahuas from him too I have read a post that some ladie wrote that wasnt true about robert and I want to clear that up, I got a puppy from him my 3rd one actually in 1 year, there highly addictive dogs, u just cant have one hee. For anyone that wants a healthy chihuahua from a breeder that knows his stuff here is his website www.robertgentil.net I want to pass on the positive and not the negative of this breeder, he is great and his customers back him 100% Jillian" 2 very similar screen names - ProudMom and SingleProudMom. ProudMom bought 3 chihuahuas from him and SingleProudMom can't afford a dog so Mr. Gentil miraculously shows up on her doorstep and gives her a dog. And he honestly thinks that people are going to believe these things about him? Oh PALEEZE!

The last posting was not from Melony. WOW!! How stupid can you be to go to TWO threads on the same day (11.21.06) and post I am sorrys posing as the person who originally wrote the posting? Are you that dumb? Honest to God. Cyndi already said that everything is not resoloved and it was not her who did that. What is wrong with you Robert? Why are you so desperate? I will say it again, stop trying to clear your name. As long as you continue running your "business" the way you run it you will ALWAYS have the honest people out there that want to save the animals and the people from getting hurt.

A Response To Mr. Gentil

#6Consumer Comment

Mr. Gentil, I actually did a lot of looking in to you and your ad's offering puppies. I'd like to make clear before I go on, I have no interest in any of these people involved and receive no benefit from my investigation. That is, other than coming to a conclusion for myself as to whether or not Mr. Gentil is what is as claimed. I think that's important before deciding if this thread is mean-spirited or not. I started by looking into the various registration's listed in Stephanie's complaint and her claim these puppies were fraudulantly advertised. She provided some direct links. I took advantage of those, as well as others. The AKC and other's like them are not the Goodhouse Keeping Seal of Approval. They are all registration companies. The AKC is a better known, true to the breed organization offering different showing event's in which breeders can enter their animals, gain titles and further their bloodlines. But that's all it is. A place an individual can register their animal. Mr. Gentile, I did look very at your ad's and I can say this with 100% certainty.....I could not find any misleading information. The AKC, CKC and other's were listed in the ad's. BUT, none of the puppies were listed specfically as being registered with one organization or another. This included the ad for stud services! In addition to that, the pricing had a large range; from $400 up to $1500. Even the most un-seasoned puppy buyer would know, the lower the price tag the less chance of champion bloodlines thus justifying the cost one way or another. Mr. Gentil, there is a clear sense of concern and care in the things I read and the posts you provided here. There is no doubt in my mind you would gladly assist a customer with reimbursement if a genuine mistake was made. With that said, Stephanie, Mr. Gentil has stepped up to the plate and expressed a desire to help and work things out in the best interest of all parties involved. So if you seek resolution, here's your chance! The only reason to do anything differently is due to further a less than admirable agenda. I guess the question should be presented again, in case forgotten, if pedigree was so important to you, did you ask about the Sire and b***h? Any inquiry into champion bloodlines? Mr. Gentil, good luck to you and your business. I hope Stephanie works from a place of true resolution and not a place of unwarranted hate. Regardless of her position today, I'm sure you concluded quite some time ago, you cannot please everyone, no matter how valiant the effort. Sometimes you have to resign yourself to that, as difficult as it may be. I support your efforts and the spirit you have shown in bringing this complaint to a close. That supposedly is the purpose of Rip-off Report, right!? It's too bad these hurtful statements landed up here and may have damaged your reputation. If this customer is not willing to accept the olive branch, there just is nothing more you can do. Let me close with a heart felt thank you for the nice things you and your former customer said about my responses to this post. There are some who may deserve negative reporting. There are many who do not! I've concluded Mr. Gentil did not! and one last thing... .......your anger is fair. Based on the argument you present, you have reason do be very mad! Keep the chin up! I think silence on the part of these people speaks LOUDLY!

Dear Friend of Donna, I am in response to this post, I just got off the phone with Donna puppies owner and there seems to be no problems. I am posting emails from Donna and Myself that occured prior to the sale of my puppy to her. I was very concerned about this transaction with Donna and spoke to her on the phone before she purchased my puppy. Everything was disclosed to her prior the sale. This complaint is unnecessary and uncalled for, and you can be held liable for damages that may occur. I personally drove to Donna's work to show her the puppy, I did not hide anything, ever. Friend in Sarasota I suggest you read this. Your friend Donna never complained to me about anything, we got praise and photos from her and I have all email and email photos and journaled correspondence. I had a lengthy conversation with Donna about my concerns about my puppy going to her, her response to me is below. Here is the email that was sent to me after an hour phone conversation with Donna before the transaction ever took place. Subject: Thank You So Very Much Date: Wed, 26 Apr 2006 13:39:22 -0400 From: "Donna S" To: Dear Robby, I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated our telephone conversation last night. Believe me, you didn't offend me in the least regarding your inquiry as to the facts behind our problems with the Chihuahua-Miniature Pinscher mix dog we purchased from a breeder in Deltona. I'm so very sorry if you became concerned about us adopting one of your puppies because of this situation. Please understand that despite the fact that the breeder blatantly lied to the UKC, us and other buyers of her puppies, we loved the dog, and if he had not become aggressive and had not bitten anyone, we would have definitely kept him. We've purchased animals from breeders in the past and we have never ever complained to them, or about them, regarding any of the animals we brought into our home to love and raise. Unfortunately, we dealt with that dog's aggression and biting problems for the better part of a year before finally making the heart wrenching decision to get rid of him, which was the day he viciously went after my mother. In fact, Rick saw just how devastating this decision was to me so that's when we searched for, and found our little Peanut. We had already found Abbey (our black and white Chi) quite a few months prior to this. Just because our new little baby is actually 2 pounds, instead of 1 and her weight could range from anywhere between 3 to 6 pounds full grown, that won't ever affect the love and devotion we will have for her. Those details are very insignificant in the realm of things. We're not looking for a perfect show dog or one for breeding purposes. We're just looking for another wonderfully loving and outgoing pure-bred chihuahua, just like the other two we own right now. All of our animals are like our children and we hold a very special love and devotion to each and every one of them. We have grieved over every single animal that we have raised, loved and lost to old age or sickness during the last 32 years of our marriage. Each and every one of them holds very special places and memories within our hearts. Inasmuch as making the decision to find my blue and gold macaw a new home is I feel, the best decision for him, it still hurts. I've loved and raised him for the last 16 years, yet I know deep in my heart that he deserves to be in a home where he can have a little more freedom outside of his cage with a lot more human interaction. I'm not real sure when that decision will be made or if I'll ever find anyone that I would feel comfortable with taking him, however, I do realize that it would be the best decision I could make for him. I'm not taking this difficult decision lightly at all. Since talking to you last night, I've become very interested in learning a little more about why the AKC and other kennel clubs are okay with "inner breeding" or "linebreeding" and will look into that a little more in order to educate myself on this subject. If this is truly the case, then looking for a breed that is AKC registered, does not necessarily guarantee a good quality dog, which disappoints me. Because of our experiences regarding our UKC chihuahua miniature pinscher mix, we were avoiding breeders that advertised their puppies as CKC registered, believing that AKC was only the way to go. Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention. On one last note, another reason I greatly appreciated your honesty and concerns over our chihuahua mix situation, is because it has proven all the more that you are a very honest person who really really cares about what happens to each and every puppy you adopt out. Your honesty and concerns are greatly respected. I feel very much assured that we will be receiving a very very special little baby from a very very special person. Keep handling things the way you have been and thanks so much again. We will continue to be in touch with you and look forward to picking up our new baby on May 8th. Again, if you happen to have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me. Most Sincerely, Donna The puppy was personally brought to her before the sale. I forgot to mention this comment below about the picture of the puppy isnt the same as the puppy sold, are you being funny? I personally took the puppy to her place of employment and met over 20 office staff members, picture?? it was the same puppy and if it wasnt dont you think she could tell in person? not to mention the numerous times I put the puppy on a live webcam for her. You are a liar! and I will not tolerate this kind of behavior. A close friend of mine purchased a puppy from Mr. Gentil through Mypuppy.com. I didn't like a number of things about the business transaction between her and him so I did a little research. The more I found out about him and his past, the more it confirmed my suspicions about him. To begin with, the photo he posted to advertise the dog she purchased, was not an actual picture of her dog. After closely comparing the photo to the dog, many differences were noted. That same photo was posted again and advertised as another dog with different coloring. Interesting tactic but really stupid duh! The comment is a lie, you should not do this to people. Hi Kendel, You are a very good person for mediating. As far as this Stephanie person I do not know her, I called Donna personally on the phone yesterday and she claimed to me everything was ok. I just posted an email from Donna before she recieved my puppy. These people are here not for a solution, but to be angry and hateful, I am an animal advocate and would never support a puppymill, that is just shameful for her to accuse me of this. My puppies are loving and healthy. Have a very nice day.

I posted a comment in defense to Robert in another post that was slandered on him. I am happy to see a sensible person like Kendall that tries to make people think and work things out. I personally have 3 of his puppies, there great very healthy and lovable. I just cannot believe all this, he is a great guy and does a wonderful job with animals. Kendall you are a wonderful mediator, your way is how people should approach things, not all this hate and anger. Robert sent me doggie clothes that his mom just made, there adorable. Kendall please email me so maybe we can help these 2 angered women resolve there problem, I talked to Robert almost monthly and I am sure he would be happy to help them. Pedigree....

#9Consumer Comment

Thu, July 20, 2006

Stephanie, Did you ask any questions about the puppies pedigree when you were looking for your new puppy? Did he give you any names? I'm very familier with puppy lineage and would be happy to help see if we could locate the the pedigree for you. Provide any information you have. Let's see what we can do to get the true back ground on your puppy. I hope you will let me help you. I would like that chance. I can understand your anger. Really! Just entertain for a moment trying to rebuild the bridge of communication with this man. If for no other reason to find a reasonable way to resolve your issue of unexpected expense. Whatever happened between Mr. Gentil and your friend is between them. I'm hoping we can find a way to get past this matter for you since it was your post I responded to. I think I can safely assume in posting your complaint you are searching for a resolution. Maybe putting the anger on the back burner for a moment and asking Mr. Gentil what can be done to resolve this matter is a good place to start. If Mr. Gentil reads the comments here, maybe he can provide an idea on how to remedy this issue fairly between you. Each party has a side and you could be 150% right. But being right does not solve the problem bringing an end to your anger. Accusations and negative comments only add to the problem. If you really want to find a way to solve the frustration, try my suggestion. That is, if that is really your intention..... Mr. Gentil, this might be a good place for you to propose a way to work this out. Bring to a close this ladies anger and provide the readers of this sight some more insight into the good person you appear to be. Good luck to you both!

One more thing about Mr. Gentil's website honoring him . . .

#10Consumer Comment

. . ."indexThis site is dedicated to a great man Robert Gentil for his hard work and ... robert gentil awarded by the Humane society for helping people and animals ..." The referenced website is no longer available to see, however, I found another page on the Net that contains maybe 4 scanned items - 1. a newspaper article that says something about how he found some woman's purse on a softball field and returned it to her, 2. some citation to his now defunct pet store (which allegedly had some bad press after the fact) and 2 oter items I can't recall. That page was created by him for one of his own websites that is no longer available, yet I was able to pull up the page. Evidently, the website referenced above is a site created by him, for him, so he could honor himself. Most people who do good things for the community, will do so humbly and not proceed to plaster the Internet with their own kudos, patting themselves on the back and calling themselves great. The positive postings about this man were all done within a short time frame (while people were posting complaints about him on the Internet), some, within minutes apart, where the wording in each one was slightly different, yet when the word "their" was the correct word to use, in each and every posting, the word "there" was used instead. Mr. Gentil makes the same mistakes with the English language in his own postings. Just an odd coincidence? I don't think so.

Robert Gentil is nothing but a con artist and a liar

Any and all positive postings about the man have been posted by 1 person alone and that's by Mr. Gentil himself. Whether or not he's done all that he claims he has done, that's questionable. All of the positive postings have one thing in common and that is the wrong use of the word "there". Mr. Gentil himself has a problem with the correct use of that word as well. Unless all the other people that has posted positive things about his so-called good works went to the same english class as he did, then one can only believe that he is the one responsible for patting himself on the back and thanking himself for his good work. He advertises his dogs as akc, nkc registerable/ registered which are fraudulent lies. The only papers he provides for the puppies he sells are from the American Purebred Registry. This registry will register any dog based on the pet owner's or breeder's word alone. He didn't allow my friend to pick up her dog from him, instead, at his insistence, he delivered it to her. Complaints go back a long time and there are legal actions against him and his pet store for dog registration problems. My friend loves her dog, it's very healthy with a sweet personality. She's just very disappointed that she paid around $800.00 for a dog with bogus registration papers and that she really isn't sure that Mr. Gentil's immediate family are the breeders as he claims they are.

and this is what I found in the "Google" search under Robert Gentil: indexThis site is dedicated to a great man Robert Gentil for his hard work and ... robert gentil awarded by the Humane society for helping people and animals ... FaunaClassifieds Forums - Displaced Katrina ExoticsRobert Gentil of Daytona Beach helping with Katrina pets ... Robert Gentil helping with dog food and supplies in New Orleans Katrina pet victims. ... I looked at the Fauna Classifieds too but most of the threads did not come up. Not to side with one poster or another but there seems to be some good things this man is doing too. Rip-off conartist types don't usually dedicate their time to the Humane Society or provide food and supplies to stranded pet's at their own expense. And to the person who originally posted the thread; It sounded like there was just a simple misunderstanding in the flight arrangements. The added COD cost was probably the fee to fly the puppy from one city to the other. Based on your account of the situation, it sounds like that was something that should have been worked out with Mr. Gentil. But only you and Mr. Gentil know the details of the communication breakdown and how you approached him with your frustration. A scheduling mistake when arranging flights could happen to anyone and certainly does not justify labeling this person a liar and fraud. In response to the AKC registration paper's; again, only you know how you approached this issue. I have purchased more than one dog from a breeder and used the airlines for travel. The paperwork is often taped to the top of the kennel the puppy travels in. Who's to say the paperwork did not seperate from the kennel? You can easily obtain information on breeders and their animals at the AKC website. If you know the Sire's or Dam's name, or even 1 word in their name, you can search for their records. Reputable breeders are also provided on the website and you can register your animal on-line. With a little effort, you can easily obtain your new puppies pedigree and move on from, what appears to be, a communication breakdown! Allow Mr. Gentil, who based upon his volunteer work seems to really care about animals, live his life. And you should enjoy your new puppy. It certainly must have been frustrating with all that driving you were doing. I would be equally as angry in the moment! But if you step back from it, that seems to be the extent of your damage... $175 (which could probably be worked out if you approach the matter respectfully with Mr. Gentil) and some frustration. You have a wonderful new puppy to love and enjoy. I hope you will consider communicating with this breeder in an effort to find a fair resolution for you both. It's very sad it has gotten to this point! You both are probably very reasonable and can solve this problem to work to everyone's benefit! I hope you both will try and when you find resolution, share it with those interested in your experience. I'll keep my fingers crossed and wish you both luck!

Yep folks, he's still at it, see my post of 7/15. By the way, do a Google Search on the name "Robert Gentil" and study all the so-called positive postings about him. It's hysterical how you will soon see that the same person is responsible for these postings. 99% of those posts use the word "there" instead of the correct word - "their". Since it appears that 1 person alone is responsible for posting good news about Mr. Gentil's activities, it would be my educated guess that he is the one responsible for all the postings. Study the lack of his own language skills on his personal posts and you will find too many similarities to the good ones about him. As disgusting as it sounds, he has patted himself on the back for bringing aid to Hurricane Katrina Victims and used that terrible tragedy for his own personal gain. Just as bad as the folks who scammed FEMA for their own personal gain. He told my friend that his family has been breeding Chihuahuas for 15 years and he oversees the business end of it. If this is the truth, then how come he wrote "all my breeders are verifiable". See faunaclassifieds.com /forums/archive/index.php/t-13.html - dated 7/28/05 @6:24 am. One would think that he might have said "all my breeders are verifiable because my family members are the breeders." Hmmmm, something to think about. Yep, he's still up to his old tricks, still scamming and still advertising on puppyfind.com.

How dare you discredit what I and others have went through. If I was just one person then I would understand but I am not!! It is unbelievable and ignorant to think that we all make this up. Who are you? Robert himself maybe? You have no idea the sleepless nights I had waking up every hour on the hour to make sure my little one was ok. YOU HAVE NO IDEA!!! He is a pet store...get on the net and read about where pet store puppies come from!!!!!!! He lied to me and told me he was a breeder. He isnt a breeder at all! I have pictures of the pet store if you would like them!! You can compare them to the webcam pictures on his website right now and see if I am talking about the same place. Everything happens for a reason and everyone is punished at some point for what they have done! Dont just listen to one side of the story people. Yeah, do you think your friend is gonna come up to you and say, "guess what I did, I sold a dog for $1250 that has fluid on its brain." I DONT THINK SO!!!! You are making yourself look like an uncompassionate person by saying these things. I have proof of everything. Paper work galore. Let me know where to send it and it will be on its way. I also have pictures galore and ultrasounds to prove that there was fluid. It was obvious. You would probably faint if you seen these pics. Honestly.

#15Consumer Suggestion

I have known him for a very long time know, I was told by a friend about this post and I wanted to put in my 2 cents. Everything I have read about Robert is mean, and seems to be written by people that have some serious issues with themselves, I bet they do this to everyone they buy from, not just a poor dog breeder. Ever seen that guy or women in a store raising all h**l, well here they are here too. I had a problem with a mechanic once, I talk to him in a professional manner didnt belittle him didnt call him a liar, I was very nice even though I felt I was being swindled. I didnt go online and threaten to go to his house call him names etc. What these people are doing is not right and as a long time customer of Robert's I will be here and whenever he needs me. I dont even think he knows about this yet, I see him at the gym once a week, I will let him know personally, in the mean time who ever you are, govern what you say and threaten to people, you never know who is in the law enforcent agency looking at this. Everything you post you will have to take responsibilty for. If anything would have happen to Robert ever, I will make sure you are mentioned. The world is full of hate, lets not make it a bad place to live, everything can be worked out without having to be like this. By the way my Chihuahua is 14 years old, thanks Robert for the little man in my life, he was a rescue :)

Your family's little rip off business is a disgrace to the chihuahua breed!! You sicken me and make me extremely angry, as I am also one of the people you lied to and deceived. My husband has posted our story already, so you are more than welcome to read it. And by the way, we will be back in Florida in a few months, so I'm looking forward to the little visit we will be having. Don't bother to call the cops, I'll bring them with me. And by the way, I do have all my paperwork, receipts, Western Union info, and e-mails from you, or Christian Klein, or whomever you are pretending to be these days. Just remember, you can change your name, you can change your white Escalade, you can even change your clothes, but you can't wash the scum off your soul...

Hello, my name is Robert Gentil. I have not ripped off any of these ladies here on this website. They recieved healthy animals from me with a current and valid State Health certificates signed by a licensed Vetrinarian. I have been informed that one of these ladies are puppy resellers. I was threatened by one of these ladies that is If I didnt refund there money that they would paint my name red all over the internet, I have taken noticed that they have. In law this is called black mail and extortion. If in fact any of these allegations are true than they should do the right thing and file a lawsuit and let a Judge and jury decide who is doing wrong. All of these allegations of slander will be dealt with in a court of Law by my legal counsel. I apolagise for not responding sooner to this posting I was just made aware of this bashing today in fact by a very happy customer. I have many several happy customers that are honest and not deceptive. My customers came to me for a loving puppy and I helped them achieve just that. I love animals and I help them 7 days a week, this is my life these ladies are trying to ruin instead of fulfilling theres and loving there pets. I will be posting soepoena information and the outcome of the court proceedings on one peticular women on this post.

UPDATE as of 01-13-2005 Since my last posting, I have been doing some futher checking on this group of people, I have typed in Robert Gentil,in Google search & have pulled up alot of information, where he has been ripping off people for a very long time, I think the oldest posting on him that I found was in 1999. Alot of the reports, were about his business in snakes, & ripping people off on them, but alot were so simular to mine with puppies. even the same breed as mine Chihuahuas. We all had the same contact information on him, & all have been call blocked (so we can't call him by phone) & our emails have all been blocked, so I am trying to find another way to contact them, he has been restricted from the website I found the puppy for sale on www.puppyfind.com, they emailed me & reported that they restricted him from their site, so I was really glad, until I read some more postings about him, & found out he has been restricted from puppyfind website many times & he just goes back under a new name. Today I came up with a new website where Yong Gentil is listing AKC Registered Chihuahua's for sale, & a new phone # it's 904-688-0391 fax#775-383-7782 and a different email address, [email protected] and the listing now says in the Ormond Beach,Florida area. They do have the Downtown Pet Center/ Scales & Tails located at 115 Myrtle Lane Daytona Beach, Florida 32114 also, I had a Certificate of Veterinayr Inspection from the State of Florida, (he has to have it, to ship an animal,) so I knew he had seen a vet. so I looked up the Vet. & notified him of the Gentil Family's activities, & never received a response. His name is John R. Bass DVM 2833 Ridgewood Ave. Port Orange,Fl. 32127 phone#386-788-9300 & is the Bayshore Animal Hospital.

HERE ARE THE THINGS THAT I DID

I contacted the dept of agriculture services, the attorney general, puppyfind.com, and his e-mail provider. I can tell you that him not sending you the puppies registration papers is not against the law unless you had a contract with him, then it is breach of contract. I have contact AKC and they will not do anything unless you send a letter of complaint then they may do an inspection at the pet store. That is the info that I received from AKC themselves. I have gotten him kicked of of puppyfind about 4 or 5 times. He keeps coming back with differnt names/numbers/states and e-mail address. Search under Robert Gentil on this website and you will find my complaint. I will have a lot more info for you as I have been in contact with a lawyer and a private investigator. Oh yeah, he is not a lawyer. Just a poor business man that knows a lot of nothing!

Report Them! You need to contact the AKC and see if this place has pedigreed dogs.

Advise them that you have been denied papers and that this person is advertising AKC registered dogs. Contact the Florida Attorney General and the Texas Attorney General and tell them that you have not received papers and believe this person may have defrauded you. You might also contact your District Attorney's office and see if you can file a complaint there. Include all information and don't forget the part about how they shipped your dog to you.
