Robert Kramer & Associates, Bob Kramer, Ariel Properties are all one in the same a scheme and scam to manipulate you to purchase properties for a fee at the auctions all while rigging the system so you lose all your money invested and he profits in collusion with the other greedy and slimy scoundrels at the auction and court house steps.
Don’t be fooled by his Santa Claus appearance he is not the jolly friend you want to be acquainted with. Other investors have also lost 100’s of thousands of dollars as well due his fraudulent ways of gaming the system. Don’t give any money to him unless you want your money to be gone.

In addition we have seen him misappropriate other investor funds by conversion and commingle with purchases that were never authorized or known by original fund holders until all the funds are gone. We will never do business again as all our money is gone.
Stay away from Robert Kramer aka Bob he will take all your money and you will never get it back. He is a dishonest man!

In response to the complaint review dated June 6, 2014:
I would like to comment that the information this person posted is highly inaccurate in my opinion. Robert Kramer has been investing my money for more than 15 years in real property in Alameda and Contra Costa counties at the courthouse steps and on the open market. He puts into service my investment money to prospective purchasers of real property by securing it with a Deed of Trust. I have never experienced any kind of comingling or misappropriation of my investment money by Robert Kramer. He has always been honorable, virtuous, and trustworthy with me and my investment money.
