Robert Proctor met his daughter one time when she was 6 years old. We haven't heard a word from him since. She is now 18 years old. To her it is not so much about the money, but about knowing who her dad is. She is soon to be married and wants to let him know but each time we try to contact him through his mom , she just says she can't talk to us. Why is this?
