I had to CHANGE my phone number because of HARASSING PHONE CALLS! THAT is why the contact information was wrong at thetime you requested it! The SELLER KNOWS he was WRONG and never intended to seller me the merchandise in the first place because he got CAUGHT!

Thanks so much for calling me an idiot--it only goes, yet again, to show the lack of depth and character behind sites like this--I can prove that they posted incorrect contact information on eBay and are still unreachable by phone. I take my business seriously and have harmed no one--you try to protect innocent victims--you should really consider who you are protecting in this case. My selling history speaks for itself-and I am done with this episode. I find this site to be blasphemous-and you to be unprofessional and as outlandish as the buyer who couldn't even get the spelling of my name right. As far as making threats-I threatened no one-I stated my right to oppose to slander. I am human-I was unable to meet a deadline, and ONE PERSON who could not be human enough to confront me personally attacked my behind my back in cowardice-I can look in the mirror and feel no shame. Can you? Can the buyer? Keep hurling those insults-and I will go on with my life knowing I did what was right, despite what the EDITOR thought.

This jerk utilizes the typical ploy of attack the victim if one complains. That is like a second rape. Obviously, you knew you owed a refund; that is why you just returned the money TODAY! (After the Rip-off Report was filed.)

As for your flaccid threats of legal action... who the hell do you think you are trying to scare? (I am sure you can find an attorney to take your money, though.)

This is not the Better Business Bureau who leaves victims out in the cold, and that sounds like a threat, which will be referred to the authorities. FYI ..They monitor this site, anyway.

We want to know if anything happens to the phone line of this victim and what concocted story is used by this idiot to accomplish it. We will take all legal means necessary to assist this victim against racketeers like you.

What you don't realize Mr. Meyer is that since you owed money to this victim, you can not accuse them of harassment. HOLIGOST, my a$$! (I also accuse you of blasphemy.)

Check for $48 was mailed out today-certified mail-reciept number 7002 0510 0003 7311 9278-copy will be provided upon request. Postal service assures me that this will arrive in a matter of days and must be signed for.

If harassment by BUYER continues, legal action will be taken-they have a disconnected phone number-could not even reach them to discuss issues-really poor behavior for an adult!

The consumer who bid on my auction was notified, in the auction body, that he was bidding on a presale. He obviously was looking for a fight-so this drags on. On the 30th day, Memorial Day, he took it upon himself to start mud-flinging. I have responded to his charges of fraud and misconduct.

I have over 5000 positive feedbacks on eBay-I am not going to lose Power Seller status and a 3.5 year reputation over this. When he started, I immediatly issued a check for his refund, no questions asked, that will be mailed, registered mail, today.

There was no misconduct on this end. There was merely a production delay, beyond my control, and when the 30th day arrived-this dissatisfied buyer could have acted like an adult and contacted me directly, as opposed to trying to destroy my reputation. But, turn about is fair play-and in this life, when he falters, he too shall be judged. A copy of the issuing envelope and refund check can be provided upon request-I will answer any and all questions.
