For a man who has a broken neck, hip and arm he moves around very well and picks up his nephew with no problem. My daughters witnessed this on their last visitation that he decided to show up to. No, I do not keep him from seeing his children, he does when he can't breathalize clean, cancels or no shows. These guidelines of supervised visitations are not my rules, but the judges. I just follow the rules. And I never tried to commit suicide in my life, that is slander and false. As for him standing by me, he never did, he was always gone. I never cheated on him with anyone, I was kept in the house taking care of my children while he was out drinking and he was the one cheating. Everyone knows that, I moved out of the house with my children and he moved his girlfriend in, again everyone knows that too. He didn't buy his parents a house, they let us take over the mortgage and when I moved out and he went to jail I had to pay $1,000 just to sell it at closing because he wasn't making the mortgage payments. And by the way, this complaint was posted in Nov 2007 when DSCE confirmed he was working for cash. Look at the date, it's up top to the right. But let him know that if he wants to sign away his parental rights I will waive all the arrears which are now almost doubled. In one week it will be $15,000.00 in child support alone, not counting his portion of medical and dental. Regardless of his circumstances now, that amount will never go away (it's the law), and it will continue to incur taxes (that is not included in the arrears amount I mentioned above and from what I've been told is pretty substantial (about 40%). If he is interested I will be more than happy to waive child support.

Krista Ann Wisinger - First of all, your talking about a man who has a broken neck, broken back, broken hip and broken arm. When you tried to commit suicide 3x in one week, he stood by you. Your talking about a man who is so injured that he goes to the doctor 3x a week, and who CANNOT physically work, and CANNOT even live on his own! He owns no property, you took that from him when you cheated on him with his best friend and kicked him out of the house he bought for his family! You took his entire retirement fund away from him. A man who tries to see his kids, but you wont let him!

Check with your state guidelines first, but in some states, that amount is considered a felony with possible prison time. Ask your DA'S office after checking if this amount is a felony and if it is, tell them that you want a felony charge brought against him. To those who write a rebuttal and make the idiot comment, "why suspend his license, then he won't be able to get to work to make money". NEWS FLASH, he wasn't paying when he had it so don't use that for an excuse. The threat alone may be enough to make him start paying unless he is like my ex, who is $25,000 behind on my son and over $70,000 behind on his two downstate. They revoked his license and he don't care he just drives on a suspended.

collects social security to boot? Shees, I'm in the wrong line of work. There are federal laws in place to assist you. You could very easily petition the court for enforcement orders AND ask that he be found in contempt of court - then the first order of business is to have his driver's license suspened. I'm surprised your state isn't helping. If you're receiving ANY form of aid for raising your kids, your state should be looking for him. You could try proving to the court and your state he's working if he's not too far away from you.
