Short sale scammer robert sinofsky and mike bloom in title company They sent a post card saying we are elgible for 35,000 dollars from a short sale on the house, which is highly inflated. I called the postcard and spoke to his partner mike, who then flaked out on me. Then I get a call from rob who wanted contracts signed. My mom and sister gave him a chance even though he looks like a kid, which was a big mistake.
A month went by and the only thing that was done was a title search. The property wasn't even listed after 30 days. In the meantime my mom and sister found another realtor they felt more comfortable with. At this point rob was fired and the new realtor was hired. Rob then blocked the new realtor from entering listing in mls. Then rob and mike bloom blocked the sale of the property in order to extort 5,000 from the deal.

My husband & I didn't experience any of the negative claims in this report against Rob. Rob is a man of his word and went above and beyond to help us get our house sold. I would recommend Rob to anyone.
Rob contacted us about selling our house that was in the Foreclosure process. We didn't think the bank would do a short sale. Rob talked to us about the short sale process and we figured we would give it a try. Rob and his team worked with the bank and got everything approved as promised. We actually had two issues with our property involving the city and a lien on the property. Rob was GREAT; he went above and beyond to get the issues resolved. Both were resolved and wiped off so we didn't owe anything. The house just sold as a short sale on 9/29/15 and we received money in our pocket just as Rob promised. We have dealt with several Realtor's in the past in multiple states and Rob is the BEST we have ever worked with. Rob was absolutely amazing with the whole process and is a man of his word.
Thanks Rob for all you did for us! We could never thank you enough!

I have built a good solid reputatation of doing good business in the south Florida area over the past 10. I have many positive testimonials and references that can be provided. I have sucessfully worked with hundreds of people over my career and have never had anyone upset or complain against me or my work.
I have never done busines with the person that filed this report and this claim should not be considered as credible.

Conducting good fair business is the most important part of our business. Our reputation is all we have to stand by and protecting our reputation is priority number 1. We have successfully built a good reputation in the industry through hard work and continued strive for excellence in our business practices. We have never had any complaints or bad reviews filed against us. I think it is a very bad thing that someone can easily post a negative review about you even though no proof needs to provided nor does the person have to reveal really who they really are. This is unfortrunate, as I stated before reputation is the most important thing you can bulid. We are fully dedicated to putting together fair and honest real estate deals with ouyr clients. We have found that it is not worth the headache to conduct business in any other fashion. There are to many other deals out there, so we have no need to pursue deals where the seller does not want to do business with us. Please reivew the list of reviews users have left me on google. I would like to Thank Rob for all his hard work on helping me and my family with our distressed property. We were upside down in equity fell behind in our mortgage payments because it wasn't worth $2,300 a month. The bank played around with us for about 1year and a half promising a loan modification...but of course nothing never came out of that. We finally decided to short sale and Rob was able to close the deal and got us moving assistance from our Lender at closing within 6 months. It was a true blessing to meet Mr. Robert Sinofsky. I recommend him to all defaulted homeowners that need to just get rid of outrageous mortgages for properties that are not worth it

To whom it may concern:
My name is Paul Francis, and I would like to write a testimonial regarding the experience I had with Robert Sinofsky, who I must say is truly, as a Broward County Realtor/Investor, a man of integrity and a man who keeps his word. Mr Sinofsky bought an investment property that I had owned since 2004, which was in foreclosure with the banks, and needed to be completely remodeled. When I first bought the property I was gainfully employed, but 5 months after I purchased it I was injured while vacationing in Brazil; I am a paraplegic and I’m presently on disability and find suitable work to even consider keeping the property. To make matters worse I was in an upside situation, with the real estate market in the shape that it’s in and I tried getting a loan modification, but for years the banks have been haggling with me over how much they would be willing to settle for. The property was boarded up and totally inhabitable; it needed a total renovation, somewhere in the neighborhood of approximately $40,000 in work. There was also, I might add, over $2,500 dollars in county recorded fine for sewer main fees, trash, and lawn maintenance that also needed to be addressed.
One day my family, who happened to be passing by this boarded up eyesore, found a note on the door that was from Robert with all of his contact information. We called him, not knowing what to expect. Robert told us he would take care of negotiating with the banks a short sale on the property, and that he would take care of all the fines and most importantly getting a satisfaction from the bank on the mortgage note. As a matter of fact, my family and I haven’t been paying on the property now for more then 4 years and we honestly didn’t think he could do all of what he said he could get done: We owed close to $115,000 Dollars!
Robert worked diligently on the negotiations with the bank for almost 6 months until one day last week I was informed that we were able to close on the property. Robert Sinofsky was able to get the banks to agree on a settlement of less than 25% of the original debt and he was able to purchase the property...satisfy the debt...and all the county fines that had been accruing.
Another important thing to note was the fact that when we needed to close and the banks had given us a deadline to signoff on the settlement approval, Robert came to my house in the pouring rain, dismantled and piled my wheel chair into his car and then first took me to a medical appointment what was urgent before finally heading off to the title company to sign all of the paperwork.
Sure enough Robert came through like a champ and we closed!
If anyone wants to know, I am a big fan...and believer in Robert Sinofsky. He certainly put forth a lot of effort...a lot of care, and a lot of concern in t he way he looked out for us throughout the course of this transaction. I am available for comment, should anyone need more reassurance.
