Roberta J Hart is a deranged 36 year old scam artist from Pennsylvania, and creepy sexual deviant and stalker known for submitting fictional accounts of being a child rape victim to various blogs and websites, in order to get paid for her false writing, however her scam was unraveled when multiple versions of her "stories" published on different websites were discovered to have discrepancies. And it gets even better:
About 2-3 years ago, Roberta created an account on the political discussion board "Liberalforum.org" as "rjh". During her time on the website, she falsely claimed to have been a victim of child rape, and posted slanderous comments about several male users (myself included), with false accusations ranging from sexually harassing her in emails, to being a convicted child sex offender, falsely accusing friends of hers of being child sex offenders, and trying to "dig up" personal information on her. Aside from this, she also created "sock" accounts pretending to be underage children of hers, and attempted to have an online affair (she claimed to be married to an Asian man with two children) with another member. Mods eventually outed her behavior.
It goes without saying she's a completely psychotic attention w***e - and her posts made most of the members question her mentally health, some suspecting antisocial or narcissistic personality disorders, as well as a pervasive obsession with pedophilia (which she explained was a result of being raped as a child, but since that turned out to be false - it makes her obsession all the more creepy). According to her own blogger, she takes anti-psychotic prescription meds, and at times considered going off them without her doctor's consent.
Eventually her lies were discovered (her slanderous claims about other members via email were outed on the website for example, while another member offered to post a criminal background check to clear his name of her bogus "sex offender" claims) and she left the website in shame, but the details she provided about herself left a paper trial.
It turns out that Roberta has several "alternate accounts" of her childhood "rape" experience, which she has had published on several online blogs (including her own blogspot). And as of now, she appears to be a paid editor for WE magazine, an online feminist rag.
In the original accounts (published on Liberal Forum), Roberta claimed to have been physically and sexually assaulted by her stepfather and mother as a child. However she has an "alternate" version of the same story, published as "A Letter to my Abuser" on several other blogs - In this version, she was not a rape victim at all, but rather as a child witness her aunt sexually abuse two young male cousins. In this version Roberta's only "abuses" at the hands of her stepfather include being yelled at, being spanked, and not being allowed to try out for her high school track team (I kid you not).
In summary this individual is a dangerous scammer with delusional and antisocial behavior problems, possibly even a convicted child predator herself. As of now I and one other individual who has had contact with her are still in the process of filing a defamation lawsuit, and if you're interested in lending us a hand, please contact the staff of each site she has a blog hosted at, and let them know that her submissions have been discovered as fraudulent.

I will try to stick to the subject of John filing this under Mrs.Hart being a Sexual Offender. Doing a search under all possiblities, and the impression John leaves that she has tendancies to be transient, I assumed she would also have an alias. I had several hits. I came across the site Open Salon com, under the name change of rjheart. When I seen the profile picture and coupled with John's claim she poses as a child, I had to go back and look at his picture, and was convinced that was a photo of her as pre-teen. I proceed to go thru some of the duplicate stories posted on several different sites, I had the right person.
On Aug 31,2011 I signed up on Salon as Annie Oakley, and proceeded to read the many blogs posted by her. I re-iterate, just focusing on 'Sexual Offenders' claims. The first story (reading oldest to newest) in apperance of leaving the others sites, the dates of first blogs seemed to match his time frames and timelines. The first mentioning of a sex offenders was a blog titled: A different kind of christmas, whereas she 'describes' her Grandmothers Boyfriend as someone who would be on Megan's Law Website. Then again near the end of her blog clearly states: "Unless he is posing for a photo shoot for pedophiles who pose as Santa to nab their prey". With so many to read I decided I seen enough to (copy and save) all her blogs. That coupled with all idications she may delete this site. I posted a comment (saved) on her x-mas blog to see if she would respond. Apparently she was notified of a post on her page.
The next morning, Sept. 1st, as I tapped her name noticed she posted a current blog, after being absent for a while, a story about her job, and sweeping trash. I also left a comment "I guess people who sweep garbage for a living see it all" Within minutes I received a personal email to my account, accusing me of stalking and harassment her. Apparently from what I saved, she assumes to think, I am someone named Vic. Until I finish reading all this material I may be able to make a connection to someone. So far in my readings I must say, the danger to anyone are people in her personal life, or anyone who does not laugh or agree with her. I would need John's materials to co-incide with mine. It is personal to ME that anyone claim someone is a sex offender who is not, including John's accusations against Mrs. Hart.. So I would appreciate your help, as of now, Mrs. Hart has me as a accused stalker and harasser. I do have all written materials from Salon.
Ms. Hart without question,DELETED her page after I replied with a repost of this complaint. My opinion is that if there was nothing to hide, she would have kept her page up. again followed John pattern claims. Her claims of protecting her children while exposing their lives on public blog. I'm not buying.
~Mrs.Hart a BLOG is communications with the public, expecting feedback from them. Someone posting a comment that annoyed you is neither Stalking or harassing. In future, READ the disclaimers. In reality, your message in personal email to me, on that site...was.
I will digest all I have copied and await the email response from John requested through this site. I will be highly disappointed your claims are false. I have real victims to worry about. False accusations can ruin lives. I hope you respond.
Mrs. Hart I have enough sence not to use real names, and real happy I'm not in your personal circle of family and friends.

This report is fraudulent and contains the ramblings of a sick stalker. I am an individual, not a company. I am NOT a paid writer. I write of my life. This person has become obsessed with destroying my name and reputation. I am a mother of three who has now become the victim of a stalker. What I write of is true and, in many cases, my emotions poured out to help others. I do not take medication and have never stated as such. I am not a pedophile. I am someone who drew the attention of a person who showed signs of being a sexual deviant. From obsession and anger, this report was created. There are dangerous people hiding behind their computers. I have found one. You see my name. You see my face. My accuser hides.
I will not pay to "arbitrate" to have this removed. I will not be scammed and stalked. I do not even know the real name of my accuser, therefore cannot be leveling accusations against him/her. I know of only screen names.
This "report" should be removed based upon inaccurate ramblings of a sick person. I doubt that it will. I have no options other than to state that all people posting anything on the internet be cautious of this type of behavior. I have removed all that I can of my writings on the internet to protect myself and my family. If you are able to find them, thanks to the links provided by "John", read them and try to see my intended message. I will no longer be posting or blogging in any location. The threat of people like this is very real. Please be careful out there and please protect yourselves better than I have.
My hope is that this site will remove this but I expect that they will not. This has endangered myself and my family. I will give no more fuel to this fire.

She is continuing her blogs on www.open.salon.com under the name rjheart. WOULD LOVE to know WHO John from The Bronx is???? SHE HAS COUNTLESS VICTIMS to personal slander and lies. She is VERY dangerous.
