On October 28th of 2002 200$ was paid from my savings account to this North American Center. This fee was for a Visa/Mastercard with a promise of a free cell phone for using their services.

I have called the phone # provided for me (1-888-287-0399)but I always recieve an answering machine. Even if I leave a message my call id=s never returned, also their message has changed from time to time.

The first message was a normal leave a message and well call you back. Then around christmas time the message was we will be out of the office until the 13th of jan. The next message around the 20th of january was that there was a flood in the building and they were planning to be back the following week but no dates were stated on the message. This last message did state that any late packages would be sent promtly, but three and a half months down the road I dont know what to believe.

It is now to late for my bank to make a stop payment because it has been more than 60 days but they do have the record of payment to North American Center on Oct28th.

Please help I am only 20 yrs. old and dont know what to do in this situation. Thanks
