Rock Bottom Rate Auto Transport (MC 754494 ) Michael Malinosky Absolutely horrendous company Ft Myers, Florida
This company will promise excellent service but once you sign contract they will not live up to the terms of pick-up or rate they want. Michael will have all kinds of excuses for delays and will offer better service if you agree to pay additional amounts. Michael will not return any phone calls and cannot even write a complete sentence in his emails. I signed contract on 7/17/12 with a 14 business day service. He quoted me a price of $729.99 and I agreed to his quote with out any additional negotiating. Yet he continually wanted to increase it.
As of 9/18/12 my truck had still not been picked up and he would never give me a firm promise date. It was always by end of week or following week. So I cancelled my contract with him. I have been promised he would refund my deposit of $129.99 but based on all his other failures I'm not expecting much. He did not even say when I would receive the refund.
I have now noted on several other website the negative comments and firmly believe they are truthful. Same on me for not believing them. Do not use this broker!

Your dealing with a Broker not a trucking company.

You are dealing with people that do nothing but sell a service that they can't even provide,because they have no trucks.After you except there so called service,now they have to start calling carriers to find someone to haul your vehicle,that is all these people do is make phone calls.
But for future refferences,you can look in the Fed Gov sight FMCSA and type in there MC number and it will tell you if they are a broker or trucking company. Best of luck with this and God Bless.
