Rock Honda is a Ripoff

It upsets me that you can defend a place that ripped us off too!!! In 2014!!! I sold cars - Toyotas and Mitsubishis and you screwed me over which is really not cool. I just came in to buy a MINI COOPER for $9,000 and you tell me that I would get a better payment with a new car? I kept saying that that isn't right. It is going to be too much.
Way too much pressure, guys flirting and making comments in the dealership to my daughter (sexual harassment), and other junk, just to make a sale off of a single mother who struggles?
You do illegal practices. You may not get caught but you do illegal practices.
My dealership never sent a person home with a car they didn't think they could finance. They would call them either way and if not they would be honest. We sold 52 cars a month out of our Fleet Department and that was due to honesty.
My Fleet Manager boss was an ex-Marine and stood by integrity.
Why don't you try that?

Rebuttal:
Hi,
We did lease this person a vehicle. He wanted to lease this vehicle in order to get a lower monthly payment through leasing. When we were unable to obtain financing for him, we contacted him and were told by him that he could get a co-signer. The documents were drawn up and Fedex'd out to the
mom. We were told they did not receive them. We then sent another set of documents to the mom overnight. He then contacted us attempting to renegotiate his lease. We advised him he would have to come back in to the dealership. He broke several appointments(just never showed up) and then stopped returning our phone calls. At that point, having no other
recourse, we had his vehicle picked up. He promply called us. We renegotiated and turned his lease into a purchase. By doing that for him we were able to obtain financing without his co-signer and picked up his vehicle a happy customer. It sounds like the co-signer was the problem.
His mother did not approve of his leasing or buying of a new car. She did not have all the facts from the son. You did not even hear from the son.
In fact he admitted to us that he signed the title for his mother on the trade.
