Rocket Fuel / paradigmpartners-inc.com / Ted A. "Bump" Davies, Jr. Misled me to pay them $6,000.00 Eden Prairie ,Minnesota
I was told that this company could "LEARN" who my customers are and their buying habits by monitoring who goes to my website. Ted said that this system is so advanced, it learns what people that use my services do in their daily internet usages, thereby being able to advertise directly to that individual by placing strategic ads in front of them. Ted said that the system even knows when that individual uses certain things such as Facebook, Twitter....and would place my add-on that media for that person to see.
Ted showed me statistics of how successful they have been in this Advanced Technology even beating out Google in a head to head campaign. I was fascinated with what he was showing me.
I signed on and gave him $3,000.00 to start. Ted told us a couple of things to do on our website and we did the changes.
Next Month came and I gave Ted another $3,000.00 and had concerns that we were not seeing any results. He said it took about 60 days for the system to learn my traffic and by 90 days it would be optimised and working. He sent me reports showing how mush traffic was coming to my site, but still no conversions.
When it was almost time to pay the 3rd $3,000.00 I started questioning the fact that we were not getting ANY conversions when people went to my site. Ted was proud and kept sending me reports showing incredible numbers of people visiting my site. I told Ted that there must be a disconnect from what he is advertising and what people are seeing when they get to my website.
Ted then told me the reason it was not working is because my website is wrong. So I asked him "Shouldn't you have told me this $6,000.00 ago?" He responded that it was not his job to do anything with my website.
I agree I never hired him to do anything with my website. However, if he was a true professional, he would have looked at my site and said "your website is not correct to work ith this system, but I can fix it for the fee of $XXX.
Bottom Line? $ I lost $6,000.00 with, Ted A. "Bump" Davies, Jr.
He may show you other people's success within RocketFuel.
My advice is this. If someone will steal fromWal-Mart they probably will steal from K-Mart.
