Rockland Maine CPS CPS workers Not to me-I was a CPS worker at Rockland Maine but: Culture at CPS Rockland that ridicules, bullies and has an attitude that seriously looks down on people. one os the sisters is an extreme bully and lies quite a bit as I have observed and experienced working with her. Eillen the director values her friends and has made sure that all CPS workers are loyal to her-not to the prevention of child Abuse and danger. Rockland Maine
I worked for Rockland CPS for 'most a year. I was not fired-I left of my accord. I observed several CPS workers bullying, insulting and demean clients especially true of the one- sisters. I observed this with clients and also when Alina and others would role play her clients upstairs for everyone's amusement especially the Supervisors. The Role Play was demaning and reflects the attitudes of those that work in this club of friends.
I also am aware that the Supervisor Karma tried to manipulate me to get information about clients so that a CPS worker had info to buy a clients land. Karma and Alina were also involved in using police contacts and other formal avenues available to CPS to get "dirt" on this family.
CPS workers in Rockland lie about contact with children who are at risk and this is acceptable with management-thay know! I have also observed how the CPS workers inteact with police officers and the way they talk about and demean people is unlawful. Confidentiality for clients does not exist-I have heard personal and confidential information about clients discussed on the floor with many, many people around and again the laughing and carrying on about clients. I also watched a woman have her children takenaway because the long term worker felt it should be that way-I do not think the worker went to the fullest extent to re unify this family because of what she though and she was just sick of it.
Eileen is sophisticated in her management after running out the last Director supposedly because of hostile work environment. She has created an environment that if they don't like you will be run out. She manages an extremely hostile work environment for people that don't go along with her belief, her friends, her loyal followers, or those that may raise issues of ethics and law. Do not question or disagree with this woman-she will go after you as she did me.
The Rockland office needs some oversight and a culture that serves clients rather than CPS workers, Eileen, Karma, Karen and more. The people that work at the Rockland office are ignorant and rationalize thir personal agendas and should not be making decisions about child safety when they place their needs before the clients.
