I ordered a carbon fiber case for my iphone and a leather carrying case. I attempted to cancel the order but got an automated response. the order was placed with Creative Composites but they billed it through paypal. even though the site says an order can be cancelled, this is not true.
the order finally arrived. i put the carbon fiber case on my iphone. i then put the iphone into the leather case. the iphone would not come out of the leather case. i tugged on it and the case broked in half. i then tried to take the carbon fiber case off my iphone. the case will not come off. it appears that i will have to try and damage my iphone in order to get the case off. obviously, i will have to keep the case. no choice, since it will not come off. the apple store employees could not get the case off either.
i have written several times to the company i have also tried to call the two different phone numbers listed on the company website. phone calls to the two different numbers go straight to voicemail. the company has not responded to voice mail messages or emails.
the website says 100% safisfaction. NOT TRUE. they will not refund even the money for the leather case, instead, saying that i damaged the case.
BEWARE OF THIS PRODUCT. IT WILL NOT COME OFF YOUR PHONE.
