Rodrigo Hicks Is a scumbag, liar, theif. MUST READ Aguascalientes Aguascalientes
I met Rodrigo Hicks in Nayarit, Mexico where he showed off to me the new developement that he had just purchased, Acqua Flamingos (which I later found out he purchased illegaly). We talked of expanding my clothing company into Mexico and possibly opening up a store in Aguascalientes and one in his Acqua Flamingos development. I later went to Aguascalientes to meet him again and get a store leased for my company as well as talk about how he would be running things for me because since he was such a succesful entrepeneur I was going to leave him in charge of the Mexico stores. Things were always a bit fishy as he never seemed very serious about the whole thing but I just thought since he wasnt going to be making much money at first that was his concern. We signed some documents (that he now claims are fake and he signed with the wrong signature) stating a $50,000 dollar investment by me was going to be used by him into the starting up of the company. As soon as I gave him the money he started lying and making up excuses and after a while I was never able to get a hold of him again, and every time I do get through to him, he hangs up. I dont want to try to drag this into court because its less money then its worth fighting for in Mexico. It will cost me more in attorney fees then I would recover. I talked to some of the town people that know of him and one guy told me he was having sex with a hooker for money while his child was playing in same room. Rodrigo never cared about opening a store he just wanted the money to pay for his Coke habbit and his sex addiction with men & boys. One person also told me he has HIV so watch out. Hicks has taken money from me & many other people, he acts like he is your best friend and once he gets your money he is gone, on to the next victim. I am so happy my friend told me also about this site. I hope this will save one person from getting AIDS or all your money taken.
