Roger Carter Bell Racing Enterprises / Transportation Rents Roger Carter is a thief and a liar. Cornelius, North Carolina
Roger Carter owes me over $1,700.00 which I paid him in cash (shame on me) to rent an RV. On the day I was supposed to pick it up he told me the RV was broke down and that he would refund my money. He first left me a refund check at a local hotel desk. When I picked the check up I discoverd it was not signed. I called him at least 50 times after that incident and was told the same story over and over again that he was going to refund my money within the next week. He never did. Run his name on the internet and you will find he has been involved numerous unethical behavior.
