ROIfirm, ROIfirm Agency Failed to pay independent contractor,s, Auburn Washington
I worked as an independent contractor as a KFC brand ambassador for the ROIfirm advertising agency during the summer of 2008.
When the contract with KFC was not renewed, my job ended. I dutifully returned the agencies mobile phone, charger and carrying bag to the local manager.
I was never paid my last paycheck nor returned the deposit for the phone and accessories. All told, they owe me $200.
Apparently there are several IC's who had the same experience with ROIfirm. I send a certified letter to James Atterberry, CEO and copied the other principals.
To date there has been no resolution to this and they will not answer my phone calls.
