Complaint Review: Romero's landscaping and Handy man Services Chino Valley AZ 86323 - Chino Valley Arizona

   Dear Reader;

 I resently hired a one Enrique Romero of Chino Valley Az, 210 West Will Road, Romero's Landscaping and Handy Man Sevices, to do repairs on our landscaping and watering system. I have M.S. so many days are not good for me. we have 2.5 acres of plants, trees and over one hundred pines trees as well. My mother, uncle and I have found the expanse a little too much too keep up. My father having died a few years back of suicide, we needed a hand in getting things on track again. Mr. Romero knows all of this, thought he was a good Christian familyman but i guess not. Enrique Romero comes across as a kind smiling humble man..but beware..there lurks dishonesty in his heart.

  Mr. Romero replaced our old timer for our watering system with a new cheap one. he said it will be much easier for you to use. (he kept the old timer, it still works too, my mother said he could keep it provided that he finished the job. he never did, but he never gave back the timer, he most likey hooked it up at this house.) The new timer was for 6 zones and we have 8 zones. he was told this again and again and he still got it wrong. He then told my mother that he doubled up on the zones so that there would be no problem, this is a lie. i checked it out..pants on fire Mr. Romero. He then replaced our valves, after replacement two of them leaked heavyly, he fixed them, they still leaked...Finally after he abandoned the job, I fix them with sandpaper and a can of that blue pipe bond glue, they no longer leak...ummm?

 Mr. Romero also wishes to be payed for the full hour even when he is late 15 minutes or more, he said it is just esier that way.. really? good for him not me..i m getting screwed on that deal..Thats not union shop rules..noone would go for that..if their paying the bill..mr. romero clearly has on respect for his customers.

  mr. Romero was told to please get all off the repair supplies at one time, so the repairs could be speed up. but he did not, he bought the wrong emittiers, I asked him about this he just grinned sheepishly..

 Then mr. Romero disappeared..we played phone and e-mail tag for a week finally after pissing him off..saying that he was hidding from me...his mochio, rubis got the best off him..he finally called me back... he said he was pissed off..but the e-mails and would not be returning...I said that is your call..but in a small town screwing a customer travels like wild fire..and could be very hard on his bussiness. he said" I no care about that...you do what ever you want." well I will take mr. Enrique Romero up on that bold statement...and serve him a royal- with cheeze...in court..we will see who laughs last..it is so hard to find good honest help, even in chino Valley Az.
