Sabotage of customer vehicle. Took customer car in to program a component (TIPM). Our Master Technician installed new fuel pump. After Ron Carter programmed, technician Donnie stated that car would not start and fuel pump was bad or installed wrong. Donnie requested 4 hours of diagnostic time to figure it out, our shop refused additional $1000 fee for this and asked them to return car back to us. Statement on invoice was all fabricated. When we got car back it started once and died. Our Master Technician found both relay and fuse intentionally and recently cut.
Confronted technician, Donnie and Service Mgr. Robert Jackson. Donnie would not look Master Tech in the eye and said he looked at car in the lot for 4 hours and couldn't find problem that MT found in less than 30 minutes. Service Mgr. Robert Jackson, stood by his technician and is going to give us partial refund. It's not about the money, it's about the illegal sabotage done to a local shop by a local shop. Only brings the question, what are they doing to their customers? Tech should be fired with possible criminal charge so he is never able to work in the business again.
