Today is May 3, 2013 and guess what. These two are still up to no good. We just got taken for the exact same scam! Their current "company" name is A+ Home Service or [email protected]. Both of which are bogus. They were here Monday to fix our ice maker. Were in our house all of 5 minutes, charged us almost $200.00, and then put the broken ice maker back in our fride - UPSIDE DOWN!
So beware all you folks in need of appliance repair. They are still out there and on the loose!

I was a victim of their appliance repair scam. I even gave them a chance to make it right. They did not respond.
Their new craigslist ad has a number (336) 207-6559.
this number is associated with:
nchomepros.com
winstonsalemservicecenter.com
ncservicecenter.com
Interesting to note is that none of these "businesses" have a physical address.

#1 our company does surely exist as there are 3 offices and am all over the internet
#2 We warranty all of our work (sometimes we are busy and it may take a day to get back out if there is a problem)
#3 It is posted on all advertisments that we use that we do not accept credit cards
#4 I post my name phone number and address because i do quality work and so i can be easily contacted
#5 this is a family business and we go to every customers house together and we also have other techs who may work with their wives as it is our policy that we recommend that all our techs have helpers/ assistance
#6 this could have easily been resolved if patience and understanding were involved
