Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This is not a reputable person to deal with. I am owed $4482 by a judge and have yet to see a dime. Watch out if you have a contract because appearently he doesn't think that a contract is legally binding.

I, Phil Coutu signed a rental agreement for a fully furnished home. There were three renters total, all insurance adjusters. The agreement stated a fully furnished home to be inclusive of all services, bedding, dishes, use of the garage, etc. We viewed the property and where told everything was included. The landlord, Michelle from the time we signed the lease until we moved in a week later removed the bedding, many, dishes, toaster, etc and packed the garage with her belongings. Then she expected us to pay for all landscape maintenance,. Anyway, we deducted about six hundred from our expensive executive rent. She then refused to negotiate and told us to just get out within seven days. We left at her request and left our damage deposit and last months rent which we new would never be returned. She then realized I was the owner of a prominent roofing company. After we moved, she served an eviction notice on the door and went to court. She received a judgment against me with improper service because we moved out of the property. We then received a Christmas card from her with the judgment inside. I told her on principle we would not pay anything more. She was in the wrong. Also, she has no rights legal or moral to drag our company into this dispute. Our company has done over 15000 projects and we have no complaints and an A rating with the Better Business Bureau in Denver and Florida. I would like to state that after legal pressure she has signed off on a affidavit to vacate the illegal judgement she obtained for improper service as of July 10. 2009. Our next step is to file papers with this sight for misinformation regarding our company "Rooftop Roofing Inc.". We have spoken to her and we both consider this dispute settled and have written a contract to verifying it. Also the judgment will be vacated shortly with the courts. I would also like to point out that these sites have the potential to be used in unethical ways because the complainant may have nothing to loose verses a business may loose a lot. These sites can be used as an extortion tool because the Internet is a very powerful when trying to reach new customers. I can be contacted at 720-296-3492 President & Owner, Rooftop Roofing Inc. Here is the story of our PERSONAL matter

I got an email from Philip Coutu that says the following: "Please be advised that your article on Rippoff report has nothing to do with Rooftop Roofing, Inc. of Florida. It is requested that you take down and remove from the internet immediately. Your article is causing Rooftop Roofing Inc. damages to the company image and could cost us projects in the future to the company and it's sales force. This company handles million dollar projects and is not named in any judgement. We require this be removed now. The company will be taking additional legal action on several erroneous counts. Govern yourself accordingly and by law Philip Coutu with Rooftop Roofing" This email that I recieved from him proves that I have a judgment on him. This judgment is for him personally not his business. He rented my home and paid me cash for the deposit. On the receipt that I let him write out it says, Leasing Home - Corp Housing for Rooftop Roofing. However I did the lease in just his name and not Rooftop Roofing. I believe that he is not a good person to do business with because he personally ripped me off..not through his business but personally himself. I just filed this under rooftop roofing because he is the owner and I wouldn't recommend doing business because of his proven actions in his personal life. I would like my money that I have been awarded by the judge. If he ever pays I will update on this website for who ever reads this to see. Thank you for taking time to read this..
