Rooms To Go ripoff! LIARS! WILL NOT COVER WARRANTY Brentwood Tennessee
I bought a Leather Sofa from RTG and paid for warranty. The color has faded in places, it has food marks on it that do not come off with the cleaning solution they gave me and it has two small pen marks (about 2 inces each).
I called customer services who were very rude and basically told me that I am not covered for fading. But they also refuse to remove the food marks becuase they say that if i have pen marks anywhere on the furniture, the warrnty is void.
I looked at the paper work and it does not say anything about warraty being void because of pen marks. I does say that RTG will not remove pen mark which is ok, I just want the food marks removed. But it is a bad business practice to sell a product they cannot stand behind.
If someone reading this report is thinking of buying from RTG, please think twice about buying their warranty. They will leave you high and dry after RIPPING OFF your of cash. Warranty is a big SCAM.
