Rooms to Go Rooms Refused to deliver upstairs, holding refund even though they have funiture back, rude manager Bob! Myrtle Beach South Carolina
- Purchased sofa, chair and ottoman
- Driver refused to deliver to 2nd floor- wanted to leave on 1st floor
- Returned
- Manager Courtney had another driver to redeliver 2 days later
- Driver was unable to to fit sofa through door. Didn't take packaging off!
- Returned again
- Manager Courtney notified stating that refund will be issued when prodcut checked into storehouse that night
- No refund
- Now being told that product has to go back to Charlotte NC and be checked in there for refund.
- Still no refund
- Manager Bob was useless
- Don't shop here, they have $3000 of my money and are still holding it!!!!
