Rooms To Go bought bedroom furniture when delivered not the same as was on display now i get the runaround in trying to get it corrected Plano Texas
went to rooms to go and found the bedroom suit that was on display that i wanted and the salesman put it in the computer and went over it with me but i did not know what the stock numbers were. When the furniture arrived they had brought the wrong dresser and mittor than what i had bought on the floor the driver would not take it back and was very rude. he told me i would have to call someone else and left i found a number in the paper work and called and told the lady my problem and she said she would take care of it.
two weeks later i take off work again and they bring the same dresser and mirror this time the driver was nice and and called his boss. she told me to call the store were i had bought it because the salesman typed in the wrong stock number.
when i called the salesman on tues 9-9 he told me he remembered me and the dresser that i had bought but he could not do anything about it because all the bosses had gone to florida and would not be back until fri and he would call me sat. i called back later that evening and was told they would not be back until mon this will be my third day off work to get this matter straightened out. he did not call sat i called the customer satisfaction number and they told me there was nothing they could do i would have to go back to the store where i had bought the furniture
