ROOMS TO GO Customer Care? Duh, I have my order#, ID#, notice they received my money... but they don't have a way to track my order??? Seffner, Florida
On 01/03/2009 my twin sister came to visit me in Tn. I had major back surgery. She and I went to Rooms to go, after my recovery, to purchase a couch for me. I am on SSD. Let's get past that issue. A month after she purchased the couch for me, the zipper broke on one of the back cushions. The center of the couch is 3-4 inches lower then what it started at, making it very uncomfortable. I was out of remission soon after that because of my health issues and had to have some other procedures done until recently. I called Rooms to go to replace all the seat cushions. They received my money, gave me an order# and ID#. But, s****.!!!
