Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This company has ALL of the RED FLAGS of an INTERNET SCAM. Unfortunately, I did not do my due diligence before falling victim to them.

1. This company operates under several different names and websites, including but not limited to:

rootsrenew.com/

rootsrevive.com

rootsrevive.net/

exphealthdirect.com/

greenlabscbd.com

yourcartsource.com/grn/lab/1/?AFFID=5&C1=&C2=&C3=&C4=&click_id=1002804

yourcartsource.com/grn/lab/1/checkout.php?AFFID=5&C1=&C2=&C3=&C4=&click_id=1002804&y1=000N&prospect_id=15436

2. They offer FREE TRIAL samples for 4.95 to 7.95/shipping and handling. But consumers who order FREE samples are later changed automatic payments of $119.99, with NO WARNINGS OR DISCLOSURES.

3. Unlike all of the other legitimate companies, this company does not include ANY INVOICES, brochures, or company contact information with their packaging.

4. A couple weeks after my order arrived, I looked up their company information online and called the company phone number that I found in an attempt to research their return policy. Although I called during normal business hours, but I only reached an answering machine, and there was no way for me to leave a message. This happened 2-3 times. I did not pursue trying to contact the company until I was charged $119.99 a couple months later. At that point, the customer service director, Vanessa, was EXTREMELY RUDE, and BLATANTLY LIED to me on several occasions.

5. She said that "I REFUSED a partial refund" because I called the customer service department challenging them on their 'no refund policy' after 30 days when I explained that I had tried to contact the company within the 30 day refund period. I asked if the company would honor a notarized affidavit in lieu of phone records, which is what they were requiring from me in order to prove that I had tried to contact them within the 30 day refund period.

6. The bottom line is this. There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY ANY REASONABLE PERSON would purchase their INFERIOR, OVERPRICED PRODUCTS, so they are engaged in deceptive marketing in order to profit by tricking consumers into their "FREE TRIAL" offers with HIDDEN charges, while making it very difficult for consumers to contact them, or to challenge their fraudulent marketing practices.

7. This company KNOWS FULL WELL THAT THEY ARE OPERATING AS A SCAM, and THEY DO NOT CARE.
