Rosa's Auto Sales, Inc Sold me a dud Mercedes Benz that continues to have issues Houston, Texas
After putting a down payment and driving the Mercedes I continued to have issues from brakes to bad tires to bad battery and locking up where it wouldn't start. Call dealership and the owner who supposebly owned it before is never available nor is anyone who can keep answer any questions you have.
Now every time it rains half the car inside gets wet, paint continues to chip off as if it had a paint job (not listed in history of car), some modules that were fine at first became broke after dealership mechanic "worked" on battery...
Long story short this place will not admit when wrong nor will they help to find a solution. Any phone numbers given for help are unknown and when you call back to speak with a certain worker they are NEVER there even if its a set time you are told to call for them. Rude, racist, not helpful, and taking money for worthless vehicles that will soon break down on you or get a flat....
