Rose Fence Freeport NY Fence Fell apart after 1 year freeport, New York
Last year Rose Fence installed a four thousand dollar fence for me. Last week one section fell down. Their contract states 10 year workmanship warranty so I asked them to insert the last 2 pieces of the pvc sections since it was very easy to insert all the other pieces. I have seen the installer replace a damaged section in 10 seconds so I know it would take them less than a minute to do this. They told me they would come take care of it in 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I dicover an estimate in my mailbox for $450 to insert the 2 tiny sections into the fence. After calling them and asking for explanation I was told by a rude manager that I should consider myself lucky to only pay $450 because some people had trees fall down on their houses during a storm and they will be paying thousands. I'm not sure how they connect the 2 completely unrelated situations but I'm assuming they are price gouging everyone after the storm last week. The entire section with materials & installation cost me $180 last year & now they want $450 just to insert 2 small pieces that are not even damaged. Good luck to anyone doing business with these crooks.
