Ross Motor Cars Inc. Franco Campagna, Sandra Tapia, Miami Auto inspections, miamiautosdirect Mario Ross, Franco Campagna and Sandra Tapia are CON ARTISTS! They run a SCAM! THEFT BY DECEPTION! Lied about van's condotion and kept my money!! Miami, Florida
I bought a van listed on E-bay by a dealer in Miami named Franco Campagna. The dealership is registered to Mario Ross and Sandra Tapia is listed as the president. They are partners in crime! WARNING: DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE CROOKED THEIVES!! I paid for the car in full, drove to Miami, got a hotel room, went to pick up the car the next morning, it was dirty and the steering wheel column had been damaged. I decided not to go through with the sale. I asked for my money back and Franco refused to give it back or even talk to me. Franco Campagna actually HID in his office! I left and filed complaints with my credit card and Paypal.
BUYER BEWARE! Paypal does NOT cover items that are not shipped!!!! Because $1000.00 (PLUS FEES) came off of my Paypal card, Franco kept MY money and refuses to give it back! I spoke with the DMV and the DA's office in Miami and both agencies stated it is ILLEGAL for Franco Campagna to keep any of my money! I never took posession of his van! No paperwork was signed at all! What a LAZY man Franco Campagna is to feel entitled to MY hard earned money for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
I will file complaints NON STOP against him, Mario Ross and Sandra Tapia, his partners in crime until I get ALL of MY money back!
