I filled out an online query for some used parts I needed for my Chevy s10. I received an email from Route 65, stating they had the model truck I needed parts for. I spoke to "Junior" on the phone on a Friday, who assured me that had a "good clean" pair of tailgate latches that would "ship on Monday." I called the following Thursday and he reported to me that they had not shipped. One latch cable was broken and he was looking around for some good ones.
Sorry, Junior, but that's not how it's done. You can't sell me something you can't provide.
It's called "rip-off."
I am now trying to get Route 65 to credit the purchase.
