On June 1, 2009, I pre-ordered a specialty floppy drive
from Richard Walsh / route66studios.com I paid $96.95 USD PayPal.
After receiving numerous and various excuses as to why he did not deliver the product for over ONE YEAR, and upon his e-mail that stated he would refund my money if I so desired, I asked for the refund via PayPal also. His assistant, Stacy, e-mailed me and said they would remit my money. That was around May 3, this year. Still, no funds apparent in PayPal.
I have the e-mails that were sent and received, so I don't believe that they did not receive them.
It is very discouraging to do business with this company.

I will not go so far as to call Richard Walsh a thief, . . . yet!
But rest assured I will if I do not receive my money soon. Some people seem to mistake kindness and patience for weakness and I think that Richard Walsh is one of that ilk.

On 06/29/2010, I received an email from Mr. Walsh stating that he would resolve my problem if I remove the post on Ripoff Report. I would think that Mr. Walsh would be familiar with the Ripoff Report policies from past action. Because he has promised to take care of this problem I hereby rescind my previous post. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
